Jump into June


Jump in and join us in class this month where we will be chatting about how to stay motivated through the summer months, the ever changing you on your slimming journey and how to make the most of your activities.

 

Thinking of jumping in to join us? Here are our top tips on getting started today;


1.    Set yourself a realistic goal to kick start your motivation.
2.    Make commitments you know you can keep, for example incorporate an activity twice a week instead of every day.
3.    Make use of your Flexichecks when you need to, treat yourself regularly.
4.    Think of how much healthier you will feel making small changes each week!
5.    Simply come to class!
