Managing Your Motivation

At Scottish Slimmers we believe in everything in moderation and we are not going to deny you if there is something you're craving - but just remember to make slightly better choices in the days that follow and you'll soon be back on track. It's all about balance.
Of course there are those days where, after indulging in that one biscuit, we think "what's the point?" and we're back to negative square one but remaining positive and staying motivated can make all the difference! Here are some motivational hints and tips to keep you going when you feel like giving up:

  • When you feel like quitting: think about why you started!
  • You aren't fat, you have fat.
  • What you do today can improve all of your tomorrows.
  • Think of yourself becoming the person you've always wanted to be!
  • If you start today instead of tomorrow - you'll get results a day earlier. Don't wait!
