Low-check cocktails

Mean Mojito: 
FG 3/ CC 3
40ml white rum
60ml diet sprite
Squeeze of orange
Squeeze of lime
2 mint leaves
Mouth-watering Margarita:
FG 3/ CC 3
90ml tequila
60ml coconut water
Squeeze of lime
Glitzy Gin:
FG 3.5/ CC 3
55ml gin
2 tbsp lemon juice 
1 tbsp syrup
Fill a shaker with ice, combine all the ingredients for each cocktail and shake well for 5 seconds before serving. 
Top tip: Buy a spirit measure so you can be sure you're not adding more alcohol than you think.
