ccc First weigh in today and delighted to have lost 4 lbs! What a great start - 4lbs is fantastic and it's obviously given you that 'buzz' that we all know, love, crave but sometimes lose - hold on to yours! Don't expect the same again next week, remember, but let's see how things go! Well done! Hi My name is Lynn and although I have attended Scottish Slimmers calsses in the past I have never been part of the online group before. I signed up on Monday and I have about 5 1/2 stone to lose. Hello all you losers I'm just back from hols and feeling rather bloated and yuk!! Starting a fresh from now!! and hoping I have not done to much damage but clothes are tight, tight tight!!! WI Wednesday morning fingers crossed |

My 1st weigh in last night, I lost 5 pounds, woohoo! Always loose more in the 1st week though I suppose, still chuffed after the 2 take aways at the weekend, hehe!

Couple of weeks since I have weighed myself but decided to bite the bullet and weigh in today, have lost 2 lbs. Changing weigh in day to a Friday. xx

A gain of 1 and 1/2 lbs at class yesterday, CM said it was probably "catch-up" from the hols. Just have to make sure I have a good week this week |

If you are embarking on a running regime it's good to start slowly - run a little, walk a little and gradually increase the running! Get outside this summer! Couple of weeks since I have weighed myself but decided to bite the bullet and weigh in today, have lost 2 lbs. Changing weigh in day to a Friday. xx Well done for not giving up. 2lbs is a good loss so just go back to your PEP and you'll be back on track in no time. I put on .1kg this week but I did my measurements last week and again yesterday and there is a big difference - 3.5, -1.5 and -1 so the running is working. I wanted to check if I'm measuring my waist the right way. I measure it when I'm breathing out. Is that right? |

I wanted to check if I'm measuring my waist the right way. I measure it when I'm breathing out. Is that right? Taking your measurements is a great idea! Everyone should do this as it's really motivating to see the inch loss as well as weight loss.
