I've ordered the Booster pack to give it a go....just waiting for it to arrive. I was going to start it based on what I've read on here but thought i'd better wait until i've read up on it properly! I can imagine that if you dont like vegetables and fruit it would be quite difficult to stick to tho!

Hi Mel

How are you getting on with your Graze boxes. I'm still loving mine and look forward to seeing what's in it every Saturday 2thumbs.gif I've found it really helps keep me away from the biscuits.

Hey Audz

The Graze boxes were yummy but not so good on the Booster plan so I've cancelled them for now. Most punnets had between 4 and 8 checks which on Booster is quite a lot out of the daily allowance! If I go back onto pep I'll re-order them again. Snacks at the moment are consisting of mostly fruit or ryvita and laughing coo cheese!!

Sorry - not posted menu for last couple of days but i've been around about the 18/20 checks per day.

Todays menu plan:

Beans & Tomato on Thick Sliced Toast & low fat spread - 5
Lentil & Tomato Soup & Small Wholemeal Roll with Laughing Coo Light & Muller Light Yoghurt - 4
Chicken Tikka Kebabs & Pitta Bread - 6
Snacks
Small Banana (EDB)
Apple (EDB)
2 x Ryvita - 2
2 x minibabybel light

So far - 17/20

So far I've saved 20 checks (including the special allowance) for some G & T's at the weekend!!

Weekends are my downfall as well!!

Wow - 6lbs loss is fantastic! Well done you! I had a bad week last week - didn't really stick to any sort of plan for the majority and gained 2lbs - only myself to blame but have refocussed now! I'm off to Berlin on Monday for 4 days but will be taking a pen and paper with me to check what I'm eating. Had a good week this week so far and will weigh in on Monday before I leave. Hopefully will lose that 2lbs plus to get back on track - you have definitely inspired me with your loss!

Yesterdays menu:
Slice thick toast with laughing cow (half fat cheese) - 4
Mullerlight Yoghurt - EDB
Packet of Skips (oops) - 4
Reduced fat humous with no check salad plus 3 ryvita - 3
Muller light yoghurt
Roasted vegetable (courgette, pepper & red onion) Frittata - 0
Banana - EDB
Apple - EDB
2 x Mini babybel lights

Total = 11/20

Today

Roasted Vegetable Fritatta (left over from dinner yesterday!) - 0
Humous & No Check salad plus 3 ryvita - 3
Muller Light Yoghurt - EDB
Thai Green Chicken Curry (from PEP book) - 8
Snacks
Banana - EDB
Apple - EDB
2 x mini babybel light
Total - 11/20 so far

Mel xx
