Hi All!! Sharon, Skipppy & I put our heads together & by combining the 2 suggestions & Sharon's brainwave, we're now the

"Pinky Peppers"

This is where I hope to write my daily menus, thoughts & weekly weight-loss. I say "hope" on 2 counts -1] sometimes it's just not possible to get to the computer and.........2] I'm hoping it will be a weight loss!!
I really want to get down to my "fighting" weight [fighting fit, that is!!] by mid February as we might be going to see relatives in South Africa.
It's a privilege to be joined by Sharon19 & Skippy!
Wish us luck!! grouphug.gif

Excited.com ..... is it wrong to be excited about starting my weight loss again and actually feeling that this time I could actually DO IT!!
Husbands daughter wedding in May and a lovely dress that I have my eye on will hopefully keep me going

Val I don't think we need the luck, do you? hug.gif

Great to have you join us, Avy!! 10 weeks is just going to fly by!! Are you getting all excited? y_cloud9.gif
I love the Booster plan - in fact Jean.c & I used to do it regularly [ and if truth be told, I would have lost quite a lot on it IF I didn't "tweak" it to suit myself!!]

Yeah I know what you mean Val, when I've tried it in the past I've had a few cheats along the way and never done it for any length of time to notice a difference!!!

I'm defo going to try sticking with it for the 6 weeks!!!

I'm getting a little excited, wrote invites yesterday and started posting them today!!!

Got my tiara on Tuesday, so will get a few practices done!!

Looking forward to my fresh start tomorrow in fact I'm actually quite excited!!!

Do you know, I've got a Notepad, but I keep on forgetting about it!! Somehow, although I keep it [usually] in the kitchen & use it loads for finding & trying new recipes, I just don't connect it with SS! Why? - ????????? Don't know!! blink.gif
