Thanks Audrey - Any diet went out the proverbial window today -mainly because I've got a stinker of a cold & the last thing I wanted to do was eat! I had special K at breakfast & soup & toast at lunch, but come dinner, I just didn't want anything! By that time anyway I was well & truly knackered! My daughter brought down the 2 children & asked if I'd mind looking after them whilst she had some business to attend to. Normally I'd love having fun with Jennifer, [Robert at 14 just disappears on to the x-box] but today I just put on her favourite programme on the bbc iplayer - cbeebies pantomime! I really felt guilty! That, plus as she is just getting rid of the cold, she didn't eat much at dinner! Ah the joys of being a Gran!! No time to suffer & moan while playing with a near-3 year old - they tend not to listen!!!

What's that expression - "the best laid plans o' mice & men" - confused.gif I was enjoying the Booster, but having just joined class again, I reckon it'll be best to go right back to basics - especially with the new PEP. It looks good & I'm looking forward to trying some of the new recipes. lipsmacking.gif [The plan itself hasn't changed though!]

PS I'll keep popping in - until my CM says I can Booster again!
