fell off the bus again at the weekend..........did my back in so comfort ate all day yesterday. It was all going really well again until Saturday night. Got osteo appt this afternoon to hopefully sort it out. back on the bus this morning though and got 2 days to be good before weigh in, |

I'm back on the bus today for sure!! Had weekend away but I did make some good food choices too with nothing too daft

right I am back on this bus AGAIN. I need to try get my finger out and get loosing, so annoyed at how lousey I have been at even trying I know when I'm eating things I shouldn't be but its just not seemed to stop me! Going to try and keep looking at fat pics of me which upset me and hopefully they put me off eating utter rubbish

Room for a 'wee' one (and we use wee in the loosest of terms)! Sitting comfortably with my seatbelt on so I can't sneak back off!! I have been away for far too long and looking forward to getting to know everyone again! This time I need to stick with it and no being silly !!! No classes near me though unfortunately!
