No-check Veggie Shephers Pie, A saviour !!

Tomorrow night theres 20 of us from work going to see Grease at the Kings smile.gif
The thing is we're off for something to eat first at Wotherspoons ( Have yu seen the cals of their food !!!!!!!!!!!! pinch.gif )
So the last couple of days Ive saved checks to compensate.
Thought Id try the No-Check Veggie Shepherds pie from the mew PEP book.
It's lovely !!!! really tasty and filling. I'll definately be using this when Im saving or need to claw back checks lipsmacking.gif

When I made the shepherd's pie I accidentally used a 400g tin of tomatoes. I cooked it up to lose some of the liquid and it was really tomatoey and gorgeous!!!
