So the last couple of days Ive saved checks to compensate. Thought Id try the No-Check Veggie Shepherds pie from the mew PEP book. It's lovely !!!! really tasty and filling. I don't go to class, is there any way the new PEP book will ever be available in the online shop?

When I made the shepherd's pie I accidentally used a 400g tin of tomatoes. I cooked it up to lose some of the liquid and it was really tomatoey and gorgeous!!!
