No No Frills Challenge March 2012, you can loose 5lbs intially but 7lbs will also be gooood

Thanks everyone!

I am judging a big horse show in 3 weeks and MUST fit into my riding jacket! (Have been wearing my fat jacket recently!)


2 weeks ago I was 1.5 inches away from closing it....today I got it on!! yippee and buttoned!! Its tight but it on 3 weeks to trim down and feel comfy in it!

Hello everyone sorry i have been away, but i havent been doing that great!!!! and i have put weight on!!!! not felt great hence the fact that i have been away, however having said that, i am a little better today and have prepared my food, and hopefully will stay on target y_whistle.gif fingers crossed and positive thoughts hug.gif

I forgot all about this. lol

In the first week of March I lost half lb then I put 3lb on and last week I lost 5lb!

So thats a total loss of 2.5lb biggrin.gif

Fingers crossed that I don't put anything else on this month

my first weigh in today since coming back from hols, and I am glad to say I have lost 6 and 1/2 lbs. 2thumbs.gif I think most of it was fluid as my ankles were quite swollen when I came off the plane

Hi Safaa, hope things at work are settling a bit. Don't worry about those 4lbs, you know you can get rid of them. I put a shed load of weight on in Jamaica but had a good loss the first week back on plan. I think most of the gain was fluid but it's time to try to get this job finished. I have had a few days where I have been totally off plan and I need to talk to myself to get back into the swing of things and not let temptation win.
