Hi I've just bought a tub of LF Cottage Cheese to make the baked bean burgers, but not really sure wot else I can do with it. Does anyone have any other recipes, I'm not a lover of just eating it on baked potatoes etc but seems an awful waste when I only needed a couple of tbsp. Any suggestions would be appreciated

How would it taste on celery? Cream cheese or nut butter dollops on celery sticks are are a really nice snack, so maybe it would work with cottage cheese too... |
