hi me too i dint plan an only lost 1/2lb first week this will be my second week i get weighed 2morohave really tried hard this week i sat down an worked out my main meals for the week an wot ingredients to buy to make them.the hotpot out pep is soooooo filling had tea at 5pm an didnt eat again til next morning so i saved myself a whopping 20 checks!!!! im loving it simply because im taking the time to make the recipies where as b4 i would have just used freezer foods an ready meals no effort being put in atall.my advice is plan your weekly mainmeals then you know whats happening an i found tht has really helped me get focused.so im hoping for a gr9 result 2moro night at class....fingers x'd lol.take care we can do this....let me know how you get on. xxxxxxx
