i bought pork fillets and wondered if anybody had a recipe with some kind of sauce coz i love sauces, i liked the sauce i had with the boursin stuffed chicken, and the one i had today was chicken with wild mushrooms, but fancy something different so i dont get bored !!! so any ideas would be greatly appreciated xxx

The recipie which is the featured one just now yummy honey pork or something is really nice. I didn't do it as kebabs just spread it over the pork escalopes and grilled them, it was really nice.

I like pork stroganoff.  I use the recipe for mushroom stroganoff on recipe section.... and nice if you bulk it out with mushrooms too!!!

There was a recipe in on of the SS magazines using apple juice in stock which sounded nice.

I just had pork loin last night for my tea.  I had made a sort of chasseur...
 

casserole with carrots onions.  Put some wine or cider (about 250 ml or less if you want) (i used rosy wine) in it and leave it in for about 34 - 40 min. 

 

Then you can use the wine to make the gravy! Trust me, it is delish!!! (you can add some apple in too if you are adventurous!)

 

This recipe is ripped off (but slightly adapted) from rosemary conley!

I was going to suggest that too love it wee loads o apples n clove if you have.

Sorry dont have any idea's for you sauces but what a great weight loss, how long has it taken you so far?
