i went to the nurse to be told " you are going into the menapause so to loose wieght it will be harder and you may need to cut back a lot more calories daily to get results .i tried this but it was to be short lived i failed one more time , reluctently i rejoined ss feeling a total failure to be greeted by a friendly welcoming smile off Trish my class lecturer and i have lost 19 lbs to date, i still have a stone and a half to go but this time i know i WILL get there and stay there . going through the change of life now means changing my eating habits for life . lesley xx
