Thanks guys, I'm expecting my treadmill to arrive tomorrow. It will be handy as I live in the country it'is a bit of a hassle to get to the gym. I'll keep you posted on my progress! This sounds like the place to be though, there are so many sucessful stories!

Hi there, and welcome. I've got a treadmill too and I'm so happy I got it. Been on it already, came off for lunch and I'm just getting ready to go back on lol. You'll love it. It can be a bit boring but you get a sense of achievement from getting to the end of your intended session. Just get some good tunes on! Good luck at next weigh-in, your first one was great!

I joined not that long ago. This is my sixth week. Started great, but the results have steadily slowed down and this week I lost nothing. Stayed the same, how gutted am i?! Mind you, I've no one to blame but myself as I didn't go to the gym this week. Anyone think of some quick form of exercise I can do in those busy weeks?
I've not idea what book has the planned out meals. Maybe H is talking about the PEP plan. Having a choice of meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner is definately great though!

Han, you don't need to go to the gym or do alot of exercise to lose weight on PEP....I only play netball and apart from that I just walk everywhere and it helps! You can lose weight without it though! Well done on your losses so far...you're doing great x
