Evening all.....

Had a busy day at work today...just flew past!!! I love it when work days go like that!!!
Very tired tonight tho......sitting at a desk all day in front of a screen is a different tiredness than I'm used to!

Had an excellent day on the pep...and even managed some exersise when I got home!!!
I'm back to feeling fine and in the peppin groove!!
Bloody freezin the night...off to bed soon...

Left work at 7.15pm - by this time I had eaten ANOTHER bag of damn baked crisps. I was so annoyed at things today and so stressed....it's a while since I have binged on crisps through being mad!!!

So, off to bed now- I have had bang on 45 checks today....good, but the fact that 16 of them came from crisps is bad!!!!!

I am hoping that work will be less stressful tomorrow- I have cancelled going to a meeting that would have taken up most of the morning and involved traipsing across the town ... can't work tomorrow night - have some information night at the School to go to. Oh the joys.

pat- well done for sticking to your checks even tho 16 werent the choice you would have made!!!!

we are all sounding really positive so lets keep this champagne target challege going - you realise we all have the option to have the bell ring for us this year? be it 3 /6/ 9 months as we are starting the year so well!!!!

i wish my 5.5lb was more but compared to how I have puddled about for so long i am chuffed to have been consistent with even small losses as they all add up and means i am genuinely thinking about what i eat!!!

going out to Blue Moon with friends doing the couply thing on Sat night - oops it just happens to be Valentines Night!

Quite relaxed about it as i will save 5 checks a day from now to then to cover everything!!!

Was at work today, and hubby phoned me to say the youngest had came home, burst pipes,pools o water, and the icicles were stuck to elec sockets, his weldding gear etc. The electrician said they couldn't work in those conditions...the bosses reply " If you don't work, you don't get paid" also they're not getting a pay rise they were more or less promised.....Now excuse me but dosen't the health and safety come into this. Fuming. Got hubby to phone ITCA as Kieran an apprentice, and they have been trying to contact the company about Kieran going into his next level [3] and not replying to e-mails etc. more or less blocking his development, they are subsidised by govn. to help pay for K's [below avg wages for apprent] so really theu shouldn't be able to withold wages if thru no fault on his part. Anyway ITCA are looking to see if a more suitable work place can be found. Either that or his present employer will feel the wrath o my tongue................

OMG much snow here came out of work tonight into a Winter Wonderland it was all quiet in car park and the street lights were shining on the falling snow it was so pretty and there was an silence all around it actually made me feel like going for a long walk a feeling quickly dispelled when OH arrived to collect me and esp now i'm home and all changed into comfy clothes

Went to Cafe Royal for lunch today,ordered what I thought would be a healthier option,even looked it up in going out book-chicken fajitas,they were swimming in oil ,even Dave thought so (he wouldn't even have my leftovers)Mentioned when paying the bill I was disappointed so £2 was taken off.Have counted 20 checks for them as had 3 small tortillas(4 each) and another 8 for the oily chicken,onions and peppers as well as a little sour cream,only had about half (if that),that'll teach me,should have went for macaroni or something.
Planning HM lentil soup tonight for tea and a yoghurt.

Right off to get my pizza in oven OMG its a findus French Bread cheese and tomato I thought they had been discontinued as not seen them in years but OH found them in local shop and remembered how much i loved them so that and a big salad for me tonight

Got my food shop done and car filled up with petrol, its amazing how much petrol you go through just sitting in traffic jams

Hi gals...just checking in...briefly... passing thru on my way to bed....
I'm so tired....Staring at a computer screen all day does my head in...not to mention my eyes!
This working fulltime is a killer when you are not used to it!!!..lol!

Class was 'snowed off' tonight.......so no offical weigh in.
My scales...which are bang on with the class scales say a 1lb off.... ....better off than on I guess!
