hi all hope you have had are having a great friday wooo hooo its the weekend

am planning having our "free" indian takeaway tonight ( wish it was free of checks too!! ) its a really cold windy afternoon here and we have not been shopping and now that i'm in I cant be bothered going back out!!

am out for lunch tomorrow with a couple of girlies so that'll be good

Ave had 44 & 1/2 checks today because i had thornons chocs at work to celebrate my boss buying a house i dont even like dark chocolate but i ate them . I will survive tho going to have 10 cal soup for supper and my fruit bonus xxx

PJC I love chocolate however I do not like Thorntons I do like their toffee tho!!

well we had our free indian last night and it was prob our own fault for choosing something different it was chicken bhoona and i didn't really like it so didn't have much of it the bonus of that being i used a lot less checks than i thouhgt i would so wooo hoooo

just waiting for my friend to arrive so we can go out for lunch will try hard to be good!!!

Evening girls had a great day also went shopping got a couple of tops in primark a £1 each for my holidays had 2 sandwiches made with pan bread and went to asda and had a couple of chips and a brocoli bake thing was like rubber so probably a few checks over but had saved checks and will pull some bk tomorrow as i get weighed on Monday xxx

Pleased to report I saved 5 checks today
I won't be going to WI this week as its Dave's mum annual review(she lives in a residential home) and Dave wants me to go along with him as we need to discuss a few things and he thinks he might forget some of them.She is requiring more care now and we are worried he may have to move to a nursing home which would be awful as the home she is in is brilliant .

Review went well ,thankyou for asking.Although Evelyn's dementia is on the decline she can still stay put as she is not a danger to herself or others,but if she does start to wander or become aggressive then nursing home care would be needed,the care manager just wanted to make us aware of this so it doesn't come as a shock if it does happen,here's hoping she can live out the rest of her life where she is as she is very well cared for and seems quite content.
Pep didn't go so well yesterday but back on track today.My scales at home show a sts,so happy with that at the moment.

Breakfast oatso simple 5 & 1/2 checks
No check soup and jelly
Tea is ww shepards pie loads of veg 9 checks
going to allow myself 10 checks for some supper
and pull bk 20 1/2 checks!!!
tomorrow dont think al pull bk any as am out sunday i will try pull bk 21 hope fully i will minamise the damage!

di i'm sure your proper pep head will return and while it is missing it might well meet up with mine!!!

not doing too bad but then again not too perfect either!!! met other half and his apprentice in the pub at two they have just started working on a site near us but its not quite ready so they had a half day and phoned me to meet them ............. i had a tuna pannini and salad a diet coke and then two jack daniels and coke dont have a clue what i'm having for tea not hungry yet but could have some more jack daniels what am i like!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i dont drink often but when i get a wee taste!!!!!!!!

pjc i know you are trying to minimise damage but be carefull you dont end up hungry hope yuo have a great time tomorrow with your friends and i bet you will do just fine at weigh in next week
