Morning ladies......I've had nae motivation this past week and just could not be a****d going to class [sorry Carol], I'm not in a very commpunicado mood just now after work that's it, OH getting on my nerves etc etc. Been on farmville and thats about it. didn't help that we went up to the kirkyard then I dared to go to Pennan after, saw my brother but he did not see me. So all in all I'm just pissed off meantime.

Well, I have class tonight and am wearing what I wore last week so as I have an accurate "loss"....fingers crossed! I've just realised that I have my eyelash/brows appt next Thurs at 6pm which is the time of my class and the following week, I'm getting my hair cut/coloured so I'll need to try to get to another class for the next couple of weeks....
I'm going to pop into town after class for some bits and bobs and maybe have a dander into Debs as they have a half price sale on.....I need to find something to wear to K's mum's surprise party in November...smart/casual I think as he is hoping to hire a kilt and wear it with a ghillies shirt (have i got that right...is that the shirt with the tiers down the front??)

got engaged at xmas and married in october - and she lives in america! so that is some doing i reckon my poor auntie must be demented as uncle took a stroke in jan and is still in rehabilitation unit in hospital - we thought he would be back on his feet, but unfortunately he will be in a wheelchair but knowing my uncle will still be gay gordoning it! xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

ahhhh meant to be getting hair done today, my youngest son gets his do from same girl who cancelled him yesterday as she was ill ( FINGERS CROSSED there is no problem with mine this afternoon

feeling quite stressed as i feel there is so much to do but really there isnt dog being dropped off with dog sitter tonight and we will get her again on sunday - in future she can stay at home with the boys as they are always dotting about!

Yesterday was OK as funeral's go, I guess, shame about the "tea" have had better and the hotel didn't have enough tables set for everyone

Just a quick visit this morning, dashing off to do the shop, home, put it all away, do a spot of ironing (maybe ) then back into Elgin with Mum, as she is going to an afternoon concert with her sisters, which is being held in her old primary school as part of their 100 year celebrations. Mum is looking forward to it, as there is also a chance to look round the school. Whilst Mum and my Aunties are there, I'm going to have a wander round and have a wee bit of "me" time then we are all going to a new cafe that has just opened for a cuppa

WI was a STS I'll take that, as I haven't been THAT good PEPwise

Parking....either on Regent Walk (University side) off King Street and walk round the corner or off St Machar Drive, along Elphinstone Road and you'll see a car park on the right just past the student accommodation on the right outside the meston/fraser noble buildings. Regent Walk would be your closest if you can get parked there (you won't get up Dunbar Street as there is road works but you can get back onto King Street). Well....I'm kind of pleased with a 1.5lbs off as I know I wasn't that great on pep until the last couple of days before weigh in but I am going to try a lot harder to be as pep perfect as possible. I've decided not to set myself a mini target or anything but just take it in 7lb stages and see how it goes so I don't get too stressed about it and end up eating more! Has anyone bought the new new NCLC book??

Back to CHAS this afternoon...feels like ages since I was last there and I'm sure it'll be all about Christmas cards.....!!! I was watching a video on youtube the other day of an RGU student who got all her hair shaved off and raised £1500 for CHAS...I don't think I could ever do that, I was shaking just watching it!! Her hair was down past her shoulders!!

We are going to see Vampires Rock tomorrow night..... hopefully himself's back will be okay for sitting through the show!! Toyah is in it again wearing that red killler heel boots which she can barely walk in let along dance!!

Made my first batch of soup "for the season" this morning the concert thingy Mum was at on Friday was actually a Harvest Festival, only the school can't call it that now, this blinking PC rubbish anyway, the kids made up bags of goodies, and in the one Mum got there was an onion, carrot and couple of taters, so I bunged them in with veg stock and lentils, turned out luvverly have also already done the veggies for our roast dinner tonight, picked up OH after his walk and cut his hair phew!!!! just nipped on here before putting the beef in the oven, also have to iron OH's t-shirts for work, he hasn't any left

Still here and still behaving, well kinda, didn't have a good afternoon yesterday and ate what i could last night, was eating cereal straiht from the box , not even ashamed of it!!

Dealing with oodles of stuff but pep wise i've been pretty ok i have to say!

Still training, which is actually going ok at the moment, really enjoying it and i'm making myself exercise everyday which is also a massive boost.

My good work for last week paid off and i managed to lose 2 and a quarter pounds, really proud of myself about that, i think that the exercise did help, i'm sure it will to!

We're on short staff today, some on hols and one off with the flu with strick instructions not to come back until he is much better, no one esle wants it, however i did have beechams for breakfast, i've got an itchy nose and throat, yuck!

I'm coming clean, i've had very little in the way of positive attitude this week. I've struggled so hard, Monday and Tuesday weren't very good days, bit of an angry wee person, so been sleeping lots and being on my own, poor andrew!! So i'm determined to see the bright side of life today!

I am eating better today, i've made the decision, i've only got a few pounds to get to target and yes i know its going to be difficult some days, but all i have to do is eat properly! Is it really that difficult??!!

So how are we all doing ladies? Its a glorious day in Forres, chilly but dry, long may it continue!

I'm on a count down to hols, this time next weeki i'll be looking forward to getting finished, i've got a week off, taking off to Glasgow for Andrews birthday, i can't wait!

Sorry, I've not been here...I tried to post on Monday but got caught up in stuff at work, just been so busy and not able to get here!! And I haven't even had a chance to get on the laptop at home either although I do check FB and my emails on my ipod touch!!

I really need to pull the finger out and focus on peping but it's so difficult...why is that???!! Himself's mum has put photos from her time up here on FB and me no likey the photos of me!! I know it's only me who can do this for me.... I'm going on a Healthwalk at lunchtime as the uni now does these lunchtime walks twice a week so I'll go and see whats what with that....it's a fine day so it should be lovely!

Skippy...you had a blustery day for the photos on Saturday...glad you enjoyed yourselves! I think I saw the bridal party going down King Street....there were a lot of weddings there on Saturday!! There was one just finished when I walked home at 5pm!! Have you been or are you going to class this lunchtime?

I'm feeling like shi*e today...himself is off with flu...GP doesn't think it's of the swine variety but as he is diabetic, he'll get tamiflu...he was due to get his flu jag on Saturday but not sure if he will still be able to get it if he is fluey anyway ...I'll ask at lunchtime when I pick up his script..... I have a cold and am praying it stays as that!

What an awful day, so much prefer when its freezing but bright. Cousin from Foggie in Aberdeen for appt today so coming for overnight stay, think a takeaway and few vodies and fresh orange in order Mouth was still not getting any better so on steroids that you let dissolve in mouth 4 times a day - lovely way to finish off a meal (not) Taste awful but appear to be working so thats the main thing.

Good morning, I'm here!! You've been a busy girl Carol, I've just nae lang managed to get hubby out o his kip so that the sheets can be washed -mind you he's got a cold - nae man flu just a cold. Youngest still in his bed he had a night off last night he didn'a fancy working night shift on a friday.!! We have a 21st birthday tonight which I canna really be bothered going to but I will go need to record strictly tho'. Still to do some housework.
Have felt as tho' I've done nothing but eat sweeties etc so canna wait to get back in gear on monday, been on a downer past few weeks done nothing but moan moan and more moaning so need to buck oot o it.
Pity so many of us canna manage to go to meet but we have far too much commitments this month and need to watch the pennies!
