y_scared.gif I feel starting to lose weight again is very hard for me to do. As soon as stop doing well and you let time slip by it gets very hard to do all over again. I know what the problem is and I know that only i can help myself so this is why i am trying again.

If I am honest I am very scared of starting to lose weight again I lost over 2 stones a few years ago. Which me me feel great but what hapened was my husband ran off with another woman who was bigger than me. Anyway, we are back together and am happy now. biggrin.gif The only problem is everytime I start to help myself lose weight I remember back to the sad times and the shock I got back then. y_scared.gif

I know I can do it. So that is where I am trying to get back to how it made me feel before it went wrong for me. I am trying my best.

Regards,

Allie.

Thank you for posting on here. I know its hard to get motivated into starting a new eating plan.

Like you, I lost over 2 stone a few years ago, then my dad said to me that I should be careful that I don't lose too much weight, so that made start eating again and I am now bigger than I have ever been! It seems unfair that other people can have such an influence on us. I am now trying to lose weight for ME and noone else.

My hubby is quite supportive of the eating plan but is wicked sometimes when he sits and eats loads of biscuits in front of me but I have got used to it now. Have you been able to speak to hubby about how you feel and what your worries are? Try and remember the great feeling you had when you lost weight before.

If you want to PM me, you are more than welcome to.

Let us know how things go with you.

Try and spend some time thinking about what's best for you. If you want to loose the weight and its important to your life then you need to put yourself first. I also feel scared about loosing weight but for different reasons. As the other guys here have said, talk to your husband about it and explain how you feel and see what he says. The last time you lost is in the past and things _are_ different now. Pick yourself up and look at this as a fresh new world that you can conquer.

Hope it works out for you.

Well I think I am back on course now. smile.gif I am feeling much better and started to get the good feeling I once had I know it is a long road an I have this done this before. So a least I know what is ahead of me this time and I can and well get there again. I just have to get back on to here more often as it did help great the last time.
