Looks like you had a good holiday Kop Queen - you'll get the 10lbs off no problem if you can get PEPing with no hiccups.
I've had plenty of hiccups over the last two weeks
I know I went off friday week ago when we have friends over for dinner - but somehow I lost 1.5lbs last week
However this last week hasn't been too great either - I've had gravings for the sweet and sickly stuff

is what I should have done - I now know that 75% of this carving was TOTM - I ate the bad stuff - all of it - but can honestly say didn't really ENJOY it - a bit too sickly sweet
So dear only knows what the scales hold for me tonight - I dread it by only have myself to blame

(as well as TOTM)
and will probably need a good NUDGE from you all to get back on the straight and narrow
I'm considering the following changes - going to change from the checker as the only record of my eating and restart my log book /
/ Buy a sports bottle of water and keep it filled beside me at work to sip on all day / Try to get DH to eat more veg and miss out on more that 1 carry out per week / likewise with the shared bottles of wine max 2 per week
On a good point though - I'VE BEEN ABLE TO GET INTO AN OLD PAIR OF JEANS

- will try others in cupboard over the week - you never know
