Littlefire - know what you mean about coffee. I drink really strong black coffee but have managed to get down to a maximum 3 cups per day from at least 10. A spreadsheet is a good idea. I set one up as a template for planning my meals for the week. I also have a graph where I will be charting my loss every week and hopefully the trend will be downwards! I know this is extremely anal but, hey, I work in Quality so I'm supposed to be

Had a wee bit too much wine last night and got the munchies (not good I know although I had the checks left to cover it). I was a bit squiffy and remembered I had some breadsticks left over from New Year so I went into the cupboard, reached up for them and a tin fell out and hit my foot. I swore a lot and now I have a huge bruise on my foot. You know what the moral of the story is........
