cant seem to get my pep head on. HELP. started of great six weeks ago and gradually sliding.Any advice.

I know how you feel.... I have done nothing but eat & drink this weekend... dreading weigh in on Tuesday... have done really well upto this weekend...have lost a stone in 7 weeks & was really positive about everything but I seem to have lost the plot.
think we need to start pepping.

I usually get out all my books and re-read them, this usually inspires me. Try some new recipes too, this usually helps cos sometimes we stick to the same old food which gets boring after a while....xxx

Thanks for that. I have got a few events this coming week that involve eating!so I just loose the plot completely,and think no point. I have lost 18lb in 6 weeks, even my OH who is very soportive usually,says GET A GRIP1

Do you have any free days that you can save a few checks on, that will help you deal with the events....at least you will feel in control, this is another factor I think that helps. SS recommend saving 5 checks a day, every little helps as they say....x

I just stand infront of the mirror and that motivates me enough lol!!! If needs be I have a few fugde bars in my cupboard, 4 checks, so that can pick me up if I'm feeling down, but other than that I stick to PEP. Hope u find some other way of inspration hun xXx

I'm starting to feel like that too after about 6weeks but have bought a slimming magazine for some stories to inspire me - if they can do it, I CAN too!!
