biggrin.gif I am a target and life time member but would still like to lose a few pounds. I am going to the gym at least 3 times a week but do not seem to be able to lose anything other than inches and i want to see the scales go down too!! Anybody else got the same problem?

Not got that problem now but did have few years back.

Colleague suggested I wasn't eating enough for all the exercise I was doing & sure enough I ate a bit more & the weight dropped off.

Does it really matter what the scales say if your body is reacting positively to your gym sessions?

My Personal Trainer told me to basically ignore what was on the scales and just measure myself regularly... x
