Tried the chick pea fritter recipe for tea, lovely with a mint yogurt dip & wee drop cous cous lipsmacking.gif

When I was in the kitchen boiled up some lentils, 2 chicken oxo cubes, tin tomatoes and added couple of spoonfuls of roag josh paste, let it thyicken then gave it a blast with the blender addingsome quark result a lovely spicey lentil soup for luch tomorrow thats not too fattening

does anyone have the chickpea fritter recipie? i'd like to try it.

I'm making them just now but i'm not 100% sure how to work out how much each one is in terms of checks. Sorry - i'm very new to SS.
The recipe says - Calories 190, Check 8, Fat 4 and then it says , Per serving, Serves 2.
So does that mean that it's 8 checks for 2 of the fritters or 8 checks for half of the mixture that it makes up? unsure.gif
