hi all yes its Meg i,m back in the land of the living theres been a few family things going on so i was away so i,m afraid my eating wasn't going as good as it should have but i am back on track it,s amazing how stuff can put your eating all wrong so annoyed with myself no WI for me tonight girls but i,ll def go back next week i,ve got a wedding this sat and then we're away to Turkey on the 25th but i,ve had a really good day and i,ll be back on the wii fit tonight thank you all for listening hug.gif hug.gif xx

Hey everyone i was wondering if some one could answer my question, i weigh in tomorrow and i was wondering if ther is a new sheet on the eats chart that i need to fill in or if i just delete all the boxes iv filled in with checks and stuff and start from top again.

hope someone knows what i mean cos dont think i have explained that well, probably asking as stupid question lol.

y_scared.gif y_cry.gif so i had WI and have a STS!!!, i dont entirely understand as im sure i was good this week, i even did exercise. really dissapointed actually as was feeling really good about losing this week. i think i may have had slightly larger portions as thats what i had on plate, and in stead of not eating the extra or counting it i just ate it. but i didnt thihnk i had done that the hole week!!!!.

so annoyed at myself, mainly cos i dont really know what ive done wrong!! think it is something todo withthat tho and the Pizza hut prob didnt help nor did the scones with jam and cream which were porbably much more than what i was counting them for y_cry.gif y_scared.gif

oh well iv planned a healthy meals for this week, will post it up on my chart for the next week if anyone wants to have a look, and give adive, then please do, wont be doing that untill this afternoon tho, after work. feel a bit down now and sort of whats the point....but wont give up yet will try again. i just dont want to gain as it was weeks of continuouse gaining and sts that made me quite the last time so i really need to lose next week to get back in the game!!

Jeni - dont be too down about the sts, i have had sts for the last 4-5 wekks but i am defo going to move the scales downwards this week. Are you weighing your portions or just guessing like pasta, pot, etc.

I'm feeling much better today thanks and I'm determinded to stay positive and focused. I even managed to smile sweetly (through gritted teeth) at the comment maker this morning... Apparently she has said similar things to another girl in work and a made comments to someone else who has the opposite problem and struggles to keep weight on - clearly she doesn't have anything else to worry about! mellow.gif

Jenni, please don't worry about a sts. It happens to all of us and sometimes for no reason! Just stay positive and make sure you write everything down. Have you got a wee note book you can carry arround with you? book.gif

Jen like wise - a wee gain isn't too bad. Especially if you know you haven't been an angle pepwise. Write everything down! Other than that you know your doing all the right things... hug.gif

I went for walk yesterday and I've got into a morning routine of using my weights to try and tone up my 'bingo wings' before I get dressed. Going to go for a walk after work for half an hour and then go on the wii fit later. I need to get my exercise bike out of the spare room and start using the blooming thing too - I used it loads last year but I've still yet to dust it off since christmas y_whistle.gif y_whistle.gif

sorry its not very neat. but thats every day from today till next tuesday. and obviously there will be extras but will add those into chart as i go obviously. but jus thought id put that on here to show you all which means i will defo stick to it. i think i was cheating a bit this week and was kidding myself with my portion sizes, probably getting a bit cocky with it to be honest and not being as strict with my weighing and stuff where as the previous three weeks i was really disiplined with it. but whats done is done and now its time to move on so bring on next weeks WI im ready for it ph34r.gif !!! lol

was feeling really down earlier prob as is coming up for my TOTM which always makes me ten times more emotional then any normal being on this planet!!! so had a wee cry to my dad about this which turned into a wee cry over worrying for exams!! y_scared.gif confused.gif bu at least i got it all out and didnt reach for the large bars of choc when doing my weeks shop today. i had a milky bar crispy roll which is 4 so will add that to chart in a mo. had it when i finished work when i was feeling a bit low and was hungry. but then came home and made my own carrot and corriander soup, no checks!!!! WOO.

although feeling better still feeling a bit fragile and have the feeling that anything will set me off lol, better not watch any thing sad and/or moving/emotional tonight cos that will be me gone!! lol oh well really dont want to study at all would much prefere to curl up in bed with a some chocolate cake and watch a soppy movie feeling sorry for myself, but that as we all know does not make things any better!!! so will get on with work sad.gif here we go then.

I have an exercise bike, electric treadmill, cross trainer, weights , all at home and never use them. How about you dust the bike and we do the exercise together and spur each other on 2thumbs.gif

Hey TWB must have been posting that at same time lol. like i said technical hitch ment that that first post was posted before its time lol. so made it look neater. I'm on 55 checks a day so i have loads left over for extras which is the same as the first 3 weeks but this last week i never really had a lot left over for extras and maybe felt like i was mising out on my treats. so i think that had something to do with sts so went back to light breakfasts and proper PEP menues 2thumbs.gif

I'm determined to do well, and if my muscles are not as sore tomorrow as they were today then i will do another class. but that class i did yester day has worked muscles in my abs sides thighs and but that i didnt even know existed confused.gif


gosh i dont half talk alot, sorry about that everyone you can ignore the faffiness if you like lol

Hi - Sorry I didn't make it on the last few days but I've been busy (and feeling a lot more positive - but more on that later)
Elle - just remember that when you get to target and become a lifetime member (and you need to do that to wiin the big W battle) you'll be OK and that mouthy witch angry.gif zipped.gif will be the one with the problems - just remember to never give up once you've reached target (like I did) and you'll be set for the long term 2thumbs.gif
It's great to see that while the holiday's are on and some of the more regular posters are off there isstill plenty of action here - I'll read back over the posts later -I just got distracted with Elle's post - sorry
Well back to me (such as I am) - I have to say that I am feeling 100%+ more positive since I had an extended Kinesiology appointment (if you don't know what it is it is hard to descirbe so check it out on the net) - this is usually something I get done once a year when I go over home to NI - but I've just found out there is someone here in Dfs - and we spoke with him last Saturday and I had my appointment yesterday - boy was I buzzing afterwards - I felt great and am still feeling GOOD this morning y_woot.gif
There are a few basic changes in my eating habits that I'm going to explore that should help get me loosing again - the first is to have a more continential type breakfast - ditch the cerals (apparently they load you with sugars when being digested that increase your insulin discharges etc and ultimately only make me want to have more sugars) - so I started this morning - poached egg, 1 slice of toast and 2 dry fried rashers of bacon - I think it will be a soup, fruit and lf fom frais for lunch lipsmacking.gif - dinner who knows.
I'll let you know how I'm getting on.

EDIT: A BIG thank you to whoever sorted out my access to the chart-I've posted my recent disappointments unsure.gif

WOW! Ethne, I'm not sure what
Kinesiology is (but I'll check it out on the web in a min) but you're sounding really positive!! Brilliant! 2thumbs.gif 2thumbs.gif I totally agree with you about the cereals etc - my bf and I were talking about cereals and bread last night and we we thinking we should cut down - particularly me as it can effects my ibs. I'm going to go through the pep book and recipes at lunchtime for inspiration. Let me know how you go...

Lorraine I'm totally up for an exercise challenge - won't be able to extract my bike until Saturday morning but I'll do it first thing. What are you thinking of? Will we pledge to do x amount every day/second day and alternate types of exercise?

Think that woman's comments has actaully had a positive effect although it certainly didn't feel positive at the time!! confused.gif Thanks for all you support over it though! I'd hate to think what she would have said if she had met me a few years ago when I was more than 7 stone heavier y_shock.gif

Jenni, I think you menus are looking fine - just make sure you do have a couple of treats or you'll crack and eat loads of rubbish (or is that just me y_whistle.gif )

Jen - how are you going? Still wii fitting away?

yea i do have a treat everyin night i have one or 2 slices of nutella and toast depending on the extra checks i have. i might have something else at some point but this what im liking at the min.

feeling much better today and determined to stick to menue so have had my special k and doing some work now. will be off to Express attack at one as thats the only one i can fit in today as its only 45 mins and want to do more work when get hom before i go to my actuall job at 5. if it was longer then i would take ages to get organised after it and dillydally and not get anything done before work.

doing another express attack tormorrow too, really pleased that i havent been put off exersice yet. feeling motivated and raring to lose some lbs next week!!!

Thanks Girls - something I'd forgotten is the basic nutrition thing in that basic carbohydrates turn into sugar - therefore other than the milk we have with our cereals it's say corn (turns into sugar) and sugar on top - Ok a quick easy breakfast but actually a major timebomb - the problem is that we have been convinced by adverts, goverment and media that cereals are the morning thing - but they'd be better taken in moderation later in the day - yes we should have a breakfast and we should vary it as much as possible don't get stuck in a rut starting each day - I'm hoping to prove that by doing that I've basically 'clogged' my body and though I've been thinking I've been struggling mentally (willpower, organisationally etc) I've also been struggling within my body as organs are having to work harder etc.
Therefore I'm hoping that if I get the body working easily the mind in positive mode (I've got an image I love and am now working towards) I'll be able to start loosing again and get fitter too - in some ways it's about b***dy time - but I now have a back up where I can go (OK for a cost) and get 'recharged' 2thumbs.gif 2thumbs.gif as this is the best I've felt for at least 5 months - long may it reign

hey all unfortunatly i'm not able to go to gym class today as far too busy with studying and dont want to lose time o it as this is my short day, as is tomorrow too. so ive decided that thursday and fridays are the days i wont be doing exercise. unless im off work (like next week) so what im going to do is go to one on saturday morning instead (because i have sat off or els i woulnt be able to go) then there is one on monday i want to go to and then flexibar on tuesday which i joined this week so going to go back, still recovering from that tho, side muscles realreally sore lol confused.gif , anhoo i may go on sunday too but not decided what class todo yet as there are a few im intersted in. gonna try tai-chi next wednesday too, so that should be interesting.

so off to study more will let you know what i think of body combat on sat, hopefully will get rid of any pent up frustration or stress 2thumbs.gif

Got a lovely compliment paid to me last night by friends at Stitchers - they said I looked like I was 'positively glowing' - only 1 day of new me gone but it's great to think that there seems to be a differience - I'll be trying to keep it going
Other than that there was plently of other good 'news' - my brother's fiance phoned last night and she's really buzzing re a venue they are off to check out on Saturday - she's also appreciative of the wee wedding ideas I've been hunting out and want's me to continue 'feeding' her - I don't think she'll get much support at home with her sister getting married at the end of next month and then the sister not wanting Louise upstaging her next year - oops knowing what Robin and Louise fancy there is every likelyhood that it will be the more memoriable event - not to get the lbs off for Oct '10

Lorraine, I've got an exercise bike at home. My bf is also slowly moving his weights in and I go jogging in the park - treadmills scare me (I don't really like things that move under me like escalators etc.). I think you said you have a treadmill, bike and cross trainer at home so I supose we could alternate cycling/cross trainer, walking/jogging and maybe something toning like weights and stretches. I've also got a wii fit which I do step, rythmic boxing etc on. Only problem for me is that jogging is a bit weather dependant...

I think just that fact that we will be checking up on each other will help too!! cop.gif

Jenni - how is the studying going?

I'm still peping away nicely after all the celebrations the last few weeks... hope for another loos this week and hopefully this is me back on the straight and narrow. Got most of the weekends food planned out I just need to work out checks for a few thing and I'm sorted.

Going to bf folks on Sunday for a wee family get-together which will be nice as we haven't seen them all since we got back from Wales. Only problem with that is him mum is a fab cook and she likes to piles your plates high - I'll have about 20checks saved so that should cover it if I'm careful with breakfast that morning.

We are also picking up our new cat tonight - I'm really nervous about how the cat we already have will react. Hope he will be okay as it is another girl we are getting and I know he has been lonley since his sister died. The new cat is lovely and seems quite friendly with other cats so keep you fingers crossed!

What is everyone up to this weekend? Anything exciting?

ethene you sound really positive and excited about your borothers wedding, it make feel more positive too, its great how thats contagious!!!

studying is going ok just struggling through, not been sleeping well as have had loads on my mind about exams and money and things. do the but what if's thing where i keep thinking the worst, like what if i fail then dont get to graduate blah blah...

i cant get ful time hours at my current work as all the summer rescoursing has been done and the only overtime they can offer is at the weekend which is the only time i see my boyfriend, and i miss him loads all the time y_scared.gif , probably partly why im struggling with concentrating an sleep as saw him for a whole week last week then hes gone, was fine when he left as enjoyed the time to myself briefly but it always hits me a couple of days later that i wont get to see him for another 3 weeks!!! oh well ill get over it that usually happens too, just feeling fed up which is fueled by tierdness lol, was also thinking never gonna get a job that earns enough blah blah blah...

been applying to loads of jobs at the nhs tho, so hopefully will be getting something back from that and some nice person in charge there will decide im really nice and although i have no experience then will give me a chance anyway lol i hope. i need another job as im saving up to move to manchester to move in with boyfriend. there is a master course at manchester met uni tha i want to do which will qualify me for what i want to do, dont know if i will be able to get a job to keep me going so want to save up money that will make sure im fine to last through at least a year without needing a job and just living on my savings as long as i have enought which is why i am worrying now, you see????


anyway i have talked a lot an unloaded my problems unessaeraly, the point is i feel a bit better and more positive this morning and going to tackle the day with a positive attitude so that i dont feel like poop again like yesterday and hopefully have a good sleep to night for once!!!

anway positive positive, here we go!!! i CAN do this!!!!!!

I will start by saying ... pepping is poor! but exercise is going well - still loving the wii! Don't think it is 'outweighing' the eating but it will be helping!! My mum just phoned to say my Dad has been taken into hospital confused.gif Hopefully get some news later ... must stay away from the kitchen - I am a really happy/sad/nervous/comfort eater ... ie. I am an EATER lipsmacking.gif !!

Elle i think we can do as u suggested, i havea step too so can add that if you want 2thumbs.gif I wont be able to satrt the exercise until Mon as i am working sat 10am and dont finish until sun 10am y_shock.gif so wont be back in the house until lunchtime sunday.

How about 20 mins,bike, 20 mins step mon- wed- fri plus weights to tone & do 30 mins - 60 mins walking/jogging tues & thursday with weights to tone off sat & sunday , let me know what you think 2thumbs.gif 2thumbs.gif Or you can choose what we do and when 2thumbs.gif

I work in a call centre at the min been there for 2 and ahalf years and i feel like my soul has died lol!! ok so bit exagerating but i want to work with ppl i feel like when im at my work im this person that is in tolerant, in patient, and uncaring as i just get fed up with the customers on the phone and the way the boses treat you like S*** at work, there not too bad but i just dont fel like u can trust them. i only work 16 ours and need full time ork which they cant give me and only overtime i can get is at weekend but i only see the bf at that time that i dont want to ahve to do that all the time. i woudl really love to work with ppl like care work or since i am wanting to work in a hospital after my masters qualifys me to i think i would be good at admin work on a hopital/medical word. but have no experience in either. however i obviously work with computers at work and type do alot of data entry and i'm very receptive so can learn everything i need to. its just getting in the door thats the problem!!

on a similar note i kinda had a bit of a melt down at work tonight boss wanted to speak to me about something and it was the topped all the other stress off so ended up crying and haveing a stress/panic attack infront of her!!!! so embarressing but feel a bit better for cry now. just feel stupid that i happened at work. still not feeling like i can sleep well tho. so haveing 2 check hot choc to see if that helps.

if i did get a new job i would keep the one i have now its only part time and good money i just dont enjoy it i feel like i need to do something that involves using my brain and conecting with people. i used to work behind a deli when i was in school and really enjoyed the talking to customers face to face. basically i need both jobs to get money to gether its getting the other one is the problem. but really am determined to get into this master cours and move to manchester as i would love to do this course as it would mean i could be a biomedical scientist (never stuck to a career choice as long as i have this one and i will get there any way i can) and i love my boyfriend too much that it hurst when hes not here y_scared.gif .

anyway enough of my complaints i feel like i am going on ang on and on, the good news is i resisted comfort eating tonight. you have no idea how much wanted to by all the bad food existing in asda and munchat it!!!!! but i didnt 2thumbs.gif

you must all be getting bored of my whinning so i will be off for tonight.

Hi folk well not too good but could have been worse put on 1lb but was out on thursday for a belated birthday meal so I guess thats where it has come from Never mind going for a neck and back massage today part of my birthday present to myself. OH gave me money so bought underwear and a new mobile phone as my other one was about to depart this world.

Jenni - take heart - give yourself a chance to gather yourself together - find a little time for YOU this weekend and indulge yourself - a nice hot soak in the tub with lovely scents etc - put some calming music on and just flow - then have a wee think about what's what and what plan of action is RIGHT for YOU - as we are all told here - small steps get us to our ultimate goal and the same thing applies in general life - it will work out - what is for you will not pass you by
Off now to get organised as DH has his appointment with the Kiniesoligist - and dear only knows what this will throw up - I'm going to be sneeky and slip in a few things to get tested to see what can be done to get him SORTED.
Then hopefully we will have a little success in our hunt for a holiday cottage for a break in early summer with Mum and Dad - should be a great week away.
Hope to catch up with you all later - this is unless I get going with the new lace (merino, alpaca, silk) yarn that came in the post yesterday - oh so lovely and soft and what a delicious colour

Sorry i'ved been awol just back from overnight stay and spa day at Airth castle with my friend (it was my xmas pressie from hubby) really enjoyed it too much food and wine though. I didn't go to class last week so fully expecting a big gain this Tue as i've been off rails this week. I'm going to read all the posts now and will pop on later

Hey all. feeling much better this morning.

had a really good sleep last night after cry at work which i think i needed got home and relaxed in bed with a hot choc watchin Miss marple, then sister act. feel asleep in the middle of it tho, just couldnt keep my eys open in the end and woke feeling refreshed before my alarm when off at 9. went to body combat and OH MY Goodness!!!! the instructer is CRAZY!!! really full of energy, i managed to last the hole way through but not as energetic in the second half i have to admit but really enjoyed it and might go back tomorrow as cant normally do a sat morning as usually have work but on holiday this week and next due to exams.

so i think i had words with myself and took your advise ethne before i read your post but i totaly get what your saying. i feel relaxed after gymclass and just had best shower ever. will tidy room then sit down and calmly get on with studying subject. had scrammbled eggs, rashers on toast with tomatoes and mushrooms for breaky but didnt get it unitll after class cos cant eat before. glad i didnt too as it was far too much jumping around for a full stomach lol. so gonnna have no check soup for lunch and salmon for diner. so that i can treat my self to a strawberry cream tart which i worked out to be 10 checks. so i have a treat for later to motivate myself. gonna aim to start stuyding at 4 and finish at about 7 or 8 (with breaks inbetween obviously) then chill out this evening and get up early tomorrow about 8 and get ready to work for 9 ish.

so just taking it easy and staying relaxed and calm and will hopefuly retain more info that way.

so deep breath!!

Dad is still unwell in hospital - he has Cellulitis - it's a really small world - I was looking through the threads and Chickadee posted a message EXACTLY the same as me - I had to read and check it twice to make sure it was not me posting in my sleep!! Championi is getting treatment for it at the moment and we have been able to have a good 'chat' about it. I love the fact this forum is not just about weight management ...

Back on track hopefully today ... Iain left this morning confused.gif came home from airport feeling really sad and must admit stole some Easter Egg (this was at 8:30am!!) felt a bit better tho lipsmacking.gif ! Since then I have done 40 mins on my Wii Fit and plan to do more later. Going bra shopping with my SuperSkinny friend so that always gives me motivation to lose weight - she can get my bra on her head!! Going to buy a sports bra cause I am causing myself damage when jogging!

Come on Musketeers!! Where are you all hiding?? I know I was mia yesterday but I am BACK and ready to go!!!

Well Done Katie on your fabulous weight loss - you are doing sooooo well - Summer Holidays here we come!!

Just a quick post to say we had a fabby time and are back home safe and sound. I will pop back tonight when Russ is at work to have a proper read and a good catch up.

Not looked yet but I think Flick posted my loss, 2lbs this week. Pleased with that since the caravan park doesn't do gym classes lol. Looking forward to getting back into the swing of things with aquafit tomorrow night.

Enjoying today - sorted and did some MORE laundry - spent a couple of hours sorting stuff out in the garden (it really really needs it - we just haven't been in the mood for the last few years) and with Mum and Dad possibly over here before heading off down to Yorkshire during the summer we better start making inroads - trouble is that it is quite big so we will concentrate on a couple of areas near the house and work out from there - hoping to get some tatties planted one night this week.
Really enjoyed a cool shower after the gardening and DH now watching the match and I'm off to find a crochet pattern for a gift.

My muscles are doing a bit better but keep forgetting about them so im hunched over desk doing work then i strech out for a break or to go some were and realise that i can really move lol. its my the top of my back my shoulder muscle bits so im rolling them to losen them up but its just really weired cos never really used thos ones before to that extent. its a good kind of sore tho, feel healthy and thinner (although the scales me tell me other wise on wedensday lol) but doing bodyjam tomorrow which is a dance type thing so hopefully will have losened up by then.

really really hungry tho, like reall really much. im just in one of those could eat and eat and wat moods, i dont to be satisfied i want to be srtuffed!! haha!! i just had my dinner, pizza and potato wedges 21 with salad. and have 10 left for a strawberry tart thing that i really want cos it is amazing lipsmacking.gif and thats it, my flat mates are getting takeaway, i so want some mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm actually i want a big pack of lime doritos and dip more lipsmacking.gif i think im dreaming now tho lol.

anyway got a wee bit of studying left to do before i stop for the night, and enjoy my desert so will be off, i promise i wont give into temptation ive been really really good this week!!!

Evening All

Just been reading the last weeks post - boy you lot can bleather lollllllllll. Only kidding its lovely to see the thread so lively.

Well done the exercise girls there seems to be loads of actvity going on, think the sunshine makes it easier. I missed my classes last week.......well if I'm being honest I missed my "me time". 24/7 with a 12 years old, an 11 month old and a husband who is a bigger wind up merchant than the 2 boys together was exhausting.

We did have a lovely time though and the weather was really good to us. We went to a place called Mabie Fram which had loads of stuff for both boys to get up to, we were having a great day and Mack loved the animals and the soft play and Graeme was enjoying the grass slides and quad biking and had to have one last go before we left - no problem, but didn't he get cocky and roll the bloody thing, go flying off it and have it land on top of him. Not kidding girlies, I was soooo scared, Russ was on the track with him and I had the babe but my heart was beating so fast I could hear it.

After a good 5 mins getting checked over he managed to walk off the track supported by Russ, no real damage done and an absolute cracker of a bruise for going back to school - imagine the bravado lol. But god what a fright !!!!! y_cry.gif y_cry.gif y_cry.gif

Absolutely desperate to lose at least a pound this week to hit my 100lb marker so here's hoping.

Jen - hows your Dad hun?

Nice to be in my own bed, just going to watch Hells Kitchen on Sky+ and catch up some more.

Same story here Laura, my second load is in the machine now, just waiting for it to finish before hanging it out. I was lazy though, I did an Asda online shop so thats coming tomorrow.

Gas man is here just now doing annual service then Mack and I are going to Toys R Us, we have a 1st birthday on Wed so I need to get a pressie for a wee girl......I dont do girls very well lol. Will have a wee look for his birthday too, think we are getting him a trampoline.

Russ is sound asleep bless him, he was up for a solid 24 hours yesterday so will try and amuse ourselves elsewhere to let him get a decent kip.

Aquafit at 7.00 tonight, just trying to rally the troops - my sister, friend and auntie all usually go but in myabsence last week no-one went....shocking!!!!

Hey all What an amazing day outside, loving this weather, might consider a bbq later if my flatmates are up for it!!. i have a bodyjam class at 8:30 and dont know if i want to go, it such a lovely day im tempted to go for a run/walk instead.... confused.gif i don't know will decide later.

studying going well actually feel like im getting somewere finaly, muscles still feeling sore from saturday, although not as bad as yesterday.

nothing much else to report...had a bit of a slip yesterday friends were having prignles and dip and offered me some, apparently being kind dry.gif so i had a little bit and it was so yummy lipsmacking.gif so i had a little bit more, then stopped myself, but didnt count it unsure.gif sorry, so have no idea how muhch it would be. but it really wasnt alot at all, i promise!!! will be really really good today and maybe try and save a couple from today and tomorrow to make it up. 2thumbs.gif

Good Morning Peeps, well it was when I started typing this message - got a bit waylaid with work!!

Hope you are well - it is a lovely day here in the Capital - apart from it being Monday of course!

Feeling a bit rubbish today - totm was hanging about all last week threatening to decent but I think a week later (whoopee) it has decided to show up. Bringing with it every symptom known to man - or woman more to the point!! Want to curl up in bed with painkillers and hot water bottle. Oh and don't forget - eat for Scotland!! Any handy hints would be gratefully received.

Had a wee look at our chart and we are all doing great! The total is far totting up! Well Done!!

I see you are back in the exercise saddle straight away Jaci - you are fab!

A round of applause goes to Jenni for her studying - I couldn't do that and if you are having a bbq later remember and invite your fellow musketeers!!
