I'm still feeling rubbish and I'm using that as my defence for not cooking a proper dinner even though we had food and getting a take away instead... I did enjoy it though! And I did pick good choices until I discoved my bf had got veg pakora too

I'm drawing a line and I'm back to normal today. Only today and tomrrow to get through and then I'm off for 4 days! Just got to keep thinking of that while I drink my lemsips and disappear behind a mountain of snotty tissues...

I'd be up for a mini meet... I'm in glasgow and most people seems to be east coast but it would be nice to put faces to names though.

Yipeee just back from Wi lost 8lbs Can't believe it!!!
I hadn't a clue how much I had lost as I'd given away my scales last week.I'm so chuffed.
Then driving home from class skidded on ice hit car (hubbys pride and joy) on wall the bumper is now hanging off. Told hubby
can't repeat what he shouted !! So now I'm not talking to him Still managing to secrely smile to myself about my weight loss though

I really must try and keep up there is so much threads on here( which is good) now it takes me a while to catchup with them all lol.

Waiting in for the telewest guy to come it was an all day appt which meant he can come between 7am and 7pm and have been up since 6 trying to stay away from the nibbling as it has been a long day so far I hope he comes soon as i want to get settled for the football tonight

Lorraine- double click the line with the date on it and you should be able to change it from there.

Back on the pep wagon so I think monday was just a blip cos I was feeling so yucky. Wish I was on of these people that went off food when they have cold but I just eat more

Just got today and then I'm off work on holiday until Monday so that good. Got lots to occupy me though so that should hopefully keep me out of the fridge

I'm off to the theatre tonight with some colleagues to see Sunshine on Leith which I have seen before but is great. We're also going for something to eat in the restaurant there but I will make wise healthy choices and no ice cream at the interval!

afternoon all how are we today, its quiet cold here , woke up this morning and had to leave the car running for 15mins to defrost the windows,

Had a good pep day yesterday and saved 5 cks so heres to another today
got my V+ installed yesterday so i am going to play around with that today, oh think of all the weight loss programmes i can record now as husband doesn't like watching them.

Just back from a 50 min walk in the woodlands trail with oh , boy my legs are killing me, it just goes to show a different exercise works differrent muscles

Just having tea of baked pot, chicken, beans and a cup of tea and bag of maltesers to follow

Hubby has since apologised (several times) had to make him grovel just a tiny bit .
Went for long walk with dog round grounds of old Bangour hospital today really enjoyed the frosty morning.
Still feeling pep positive and the support from my fellow museteers has been fantastic
I need to up my exercise think I'll go on cross trainer tomorrow.

Well done CC - how long can you enjoy the 'days at home' before you start (whatever it is) - it's amazing how something you'd love to do just isn't the same now that your taste buds have changed - I hope you aren't suffering too much tonight
Stephie - your DH had his priorities a little screwed - the car can be replaced you can't and just imagine how difficult things would have been if you'd been put out of action for a few days - make him grovel a bit more
DH just made me a lovely salad stuffed pitta bread for dinner tonight - - hopefully this will help the checks after yesterdays indulgences

Oh wow I have woken up this morning feeling awful, was fine going to bed last night but I have a sore thoat, headache and cold sweats - not good!

Mackenzie was up during the night too for a wee while, but bless him he slept until 9.00am this morning, I was so glad of that extra hour.

Russ off today so planning a wee walk this afternoon but other than that a quiet day I think. Mack and I still in our jammies lollll, feeling very cheeky!

I'm working for a company called Sunlight as an account manager www.sunlight.co.uk I start on the 26th Jan so I have another week of being a lady of leisure the hours are good - monday to friday 9 to 4.30 and the pay is no bad to.

Need to take a wander a long the street later to pay for Macks first month at nursery (he doesn't go until June !!!!!!!!), of course they need to secure his place but its making it all feel very real now

Sharlie came on leaps and bounds when she started nursery.

I can still remember her 1st day at school, it felt like only yesterday. She came home last night with her info pack for high school, she goes after the summer

I know, what I dont understand is - the 9 months you are pregnant are the longest of your whole life but that 8 months gone since he was born and its passed in a flash........whats that all about ?????????

My nephew went to high school last summer and like you say its scary, I can remember the day he was born and everything in between. He is coming here from school today. My snuggly wee nephew has been replaced by ATTITUDE !!!!!!!!

and he's not even officially a teenager yet lollllll.
