Went to class last night - so have lots of new books (sucker for sales pitch) and new ideas for recipes
Taking it in 14-lb targets this time. I can visualise myself 2 stone slimmer but not so easily 7 stone slimmer!
Today i am going to have a delicious Quorn (.. to be aliiiiiive) burger in a roll with salad and a cup of soup
going to trawl site for dinner ideas for this week too , i fancy bubble and squeak burgers with a poached eggy on top
water - well drinking plenty of rooibos tea, which I am loving, and a bit more PLAIN water than usual (usually none). Feeling the better for having no caffeine! I like my water hot so will defy Gill and also have mine with lemon or a herbal tea bag in it
