yippee, i have reached my target of 9 1/2 stone, i'm 5" 6"

been on quite a few plans for quite a few years but the last half sone has always stuck with me and I was beginning to think it would never come off. Thanks to positive eating its finally gone.

i lost the last half stone with scottish slimmers but its taken me 2 years to lose 2 stones in total

fell off the wagon this week, Mothers day choccies to blame

put on the 2lbs that I lost the week before so didn't stay at target for long

back to counting again, I want to lose it before it sticks!!!!!!
