Help - I am at target but now at danger weight even though i am sticking to my checks and exercising 4 times a week. I need to re lose these 7 pounds - anybody any ideas? rolleyes.gif

do you still write everything you eat down?? it might be worth giving that a go to see if you can spot anything.

do you eat the same stuff and to the same exercise all the time? if you do perhaps try some new recipies/exercises to try and surprise your body. its easy to get into a routine.

thanks - still write everything down but sometimes do not eat all my checks - am going to change exercise programme and try and maybe eat a little bit more.

Are you eating the 'maintenance' level of checks each day or the 'weight loss' level? If you want to lose then you need to go back down I think.

Never been there yet though so am only talking from what I've read.... shucks.gif
