Great to see your back on track. I made my target last may and i hate to say that even though I bought a lifetime membership and eve1rything I've not been back. Thankfully I'm still under my danger weight. But only just. Maybe we should all make sure that we keep going back often!!

Hi Laura, I am also a lapsed target member except I have put on all and more of the weight that I lost, I have started the 6 week plan whilst I get routine in my life and then I will be going back to a class - don't give up, if you can do it once you can do it again. the reason I lapsed was because of my job - I moved to portugal for 7 months for work and got free buffet food there every day - the only problem is I am moving to Egypt for the same job in February and worry that the same is going to happen again!
