Like most folk in the SS Community, I've tried my fair share of diets etc, usually giving up in despair sooner or later. But sometimes you hit upon things that can help you sustain your confidence while you go for your goal. For me it's my blog I'm having so much fun. Over the years I've picked up a few other effective mind over matter tricks. I'm a big fan of guided meditation and hypnotherapy cds. Your subconscience can be a real ally in the flab fight. You never know when it'll come to the fore to help you out just when you need it most. It worked for me this morning. Check out the blog....'THIS WOMAN IS LOSING IT!'.
A sense of humour about the whole weight loss thing sure does beat the cycle of beating yourself up every time you fall off the wagon. We're only human, let's lose weight and be nice to ourselves!
