Ok i went to class today and have been told by my Cm its 12 weeks tomorrow til Xmas eeekkk!! I am going to aim to be 11 stone for Xmas if not less
So here is my 12 week challenge to myself where i'm going to record my eating and excercise cos when i write it down i'm good when i don't then who knows!!!LOL So here goes based on 45 checks
Breakfast Toast and Banana 8 checks as it was thick bread and Banana EDB
Lunch Spaghetti Rashers & Creme Fraiche 12 checks
Dinner Mince & Tatties 14 checks
34 checks so far leaves me with 11 for later

Well a good start to my week i have saved my 11 checks and will keep them for over the weekend. Am not a tad hungry which i have been when eating all the crap i have been eating. Roll on tomorrow x

Ok day 4 here goes. I never had any alcohol last night can you all see my halo shining!!!!
Today i've had 2 poached eggs on toast 11 checks
Lunch Ham Roll on the run 8 checks
Dinner Sunday roast with roast veg and mashed tatties 16 checks
2 light hob nobs 5 checks
walkers lite crisps 4 checks
3 rich tea biscuits 4.5 checks
48.5 checks but had 21 checks saved so still got 17 checks saved

Well a good start to the day been for a run along Cramond Foreshore it was lovely really enjoyed it.

Well day 6 and counting I better get a weight loss on Thursday or you will here me all over the UK!!! This is the 1st tiem i've had to get on here today what a poorly hubbie and housework and making the tea etc!!!LOL

Have just finished 12 1/2hr shift and have to say i fell off the wagon a tad. I had a scone and some celebration chocolates about 6 i think so will do my best to redeem myself tomorrow. Am nightshift tomorrow night but will manage a run tomorrow morning.

Not writing today off as will get my more lowcal nocal book out see what i can do.
Also its lovely that patients appreciate us but why not buy some nice hand cream or hand wash for us not huge boxes of chocs that scream at me to eat them!!!! Bless them. We had 2 boxes of celelbration a huge box of quality street, tescos finest choc chip cookies and thorntons chocs!!!!

Not been on here for a while but am pleased to report the weight is still coming off. Lost another 1.5lbs this week so am still on target for my stone for Xmas x
