Here is the recipe you were looking for:-

Ingredients:-

115g/4 oz small button mushrooms

100 ml/3 1/2 fl oz skimed milk

2 tsp cornnflour

60g/2 0z virtually fat free fromage frais

1 tsp chopped parsley

pinch grated nutmeg

salt and black pepper

1 slice wholegrain bread

sprig of parsley to garnish

1. Place whole button mushrooms in a small saucepan with all but 1 tbsp of the skimmed milk.

2. Place the pan over a low heat and simmer gently for 10 minutes.

3. In a cup or small bowl, blend the cornflour with the remaining milk to a smooth paste and then stir into the mushroom mixture.

4. Contine stirring over a gentle heat until the sauce thickens and then stir in the fromage frais, chopped parsley, grated nutmeg and seasoning to taste. Simmer very gently for two minutes.

5. While the sauce is cooking, toast the bread on both sides.

6. Spoon the creamy mushrooms on top of the slice of toast and garnish with a prig of parsley. Serve immediately
