Went to class this morning, and have PUT ON one and a half pounds., So that takes me to thirteen stones five and a half pounds....And do you know what?? I'm going to do as Sharon said on her post yesterday. Write down all shopping lists, write down all the food consumed, and make a better effort this week. I kind of knew it wouldn't be good, and I would have been lucky if I'd stayed the same, but then THAT would have allowed me to be even more casual next week, and I'm singing on Tuesday evening, so thats a meal as well, and then there's my Christmas night out next week, and no matter what, I'm going back to class next Saturday.
So...two Weetabix, a banana, and a morning roll, with spread and Strawberry Jam, has been my breakfast and lunch.
14 checks.
36 left for the rest of the day...and the Festive cookbook will be pored over because the tea this evening will be Fish Chowder....and soup. And not even Ben and Jerry's Frozen Yoghurt!! zipped.gif zipped.gif 2thumbs.gif

I can heartily recommend the Fish Chowder, from Everyday Recipes(think thats the title). Excellent. We had that for tea last night.
Today, I made squash soup, and filled my face earlier with a few bowls full, along with a macaroon biscuit, which I think is less damaging than most pastries( ha ha ha ...I hope)
And I found an equivalent to a Magnum...Sainsbury's Choc Ice, at eleven checks of heaven...had one last night, had one after my roast dinner earlier, and have finished eating for the night.
Yesterday, I JUST kept under 50 checks. Today...I have used 58 checks.
So, tomorrow, writin' and bitin'. 2thumbs.gif
