A quick soup is a tin of chopped tomatoes, passata, stock cube, herbs and onion and garlic granules (you can use the real thing of course).
Or if you want something really filling put some frozen veg in a dish in the oven with some stock etc. Stir occasional and cook for 1 - 2 hours and you get free stewed veg (I like cauli, carrot and brocolli). You can add a small potato (cut finely and in chunks) too which is good if you're having it for lunch.

Hiya,

I make a soup with 4 checks in it, it is a big pot full.

The recipe is:
5 Large Carrots chooped into chunks
2 Large Leeks Chopped
4 Knorr Chicken Stock Cubes
1 Veg Knorr Stock cube
30g Rice

Use a large soup pot and fill with water, put in veg and rice and stock cubes and let it cook away. When veg is tender either blend or if you prefer it a bit chunky then use a potato masher.

It is a really tasty filling soup.

Hope you enjoy it.
