loving the rhyme and the reason! have printed the recipie off and will give it a go soon!

(is balti quite a spicy curry?? should i try it with a milder paste instead?)

I don't know about the Balti but I used the Patak's Mild Curry Paste - it had a bit of a kick to it and was very nice! smile.gif
