Just noticed on the forum page it reads "prawn curry in a hurry by Catrina Murray", it all rhymes, what a laugh.

The curry really is nice, even OH kept going on about how nice the 'sauce' was
loving the rhyme and the reason! have printed the recipie off and will give it a go soon!

I don't know about the Balti but I used the Patak's Mild Curry Paste - it had a bit of a kick to it and was very nice!
