me am still here going to class on thursday so will report then x

ME ME ME am still here - put on several pounds I'm sure after our holiday but hey ho,it's back to the PEPing for me.

Went the shopping last night and raring to go for the week ahead. Am joining online instead of going to a class as i'm going to be mega busy from now till Christmas. Will have my WI on Wednesday morning and will start this week.

Pleased to say I lost 3lbs this week.

Yip that would be a good idea. I guess with Christmas coming up everyone is extra busy! I know I can only get on here for a short time just now with doing a million other things - couldn't even tell you the last time I was on my farm in facebook!

Anyway I'll keep my eye open for us joining forces with Team 2.
