Being a great fan of all the low check no check books , I was wondering if the new more check low check book was worth adding to my large collection of S.S books and leaflets.

I am relly needing something new to spur me on. Having tried quiet a few S.S recipes and menu ideas previously I really need some new inspiration.

Could this new book give me some new ideas?

Hi Speedy!

I have this book and it's really good. I've made a few things out of it: vegetable shepherd's pie, baked bean burgers, sausage apricot and rice loaf, spaghetti frittata and blueberry hi-bran muffins. There are many more recipes from this book on my to make list! biggrin.gif

Here is a link to a post about it from the main forum: http://www.scottishslimmers.com/index.php?showtopic=44480
