Well done Jemima!
I was a big wuss and didn't go to WI because I felt all swollen up. Will suck it up and be brave on Wednesday instead. I think I did the right thing - I just all of a sudden felt enormous!xx

Jemima, that's amazing! You just keep losing.
Carly, remember, if you do have a slight gain, you will know the reason.
Fergie, well done.
I got weighed tonight as we are going out tomorrow (we were going to have a christmas meal but everything seemed to have milk in so we are going to Pizza Hut instead). I lost a pound. I've not had a good week though - I've not had much of an appetite and most of what I have eaten was rubbish.
I have joined a gym so I can use the treadmill. I just hope I can convince them I only want to run and I can do anything else at home.

Sigh of relief - I got my stone sticker! Only a half pound off but that's a stone and that's the important thing. Will re-group and be back in business tomorrow. Am currently having an "I've lost s stone cupcake" (any excuse!)xx

That's fabulous, Carly.
Dinner was great. If anyone is thinking of going out, Pizza Hut are doing a happy hour menu - Pizza Mia, Pasta (bolognese or cheese and veg) or salad plus a drink and either garlic bread or a half portion of wedges for £4. I had lasagne (I suddenly got my appetite back which is great) but no pudding. We stopped at Tesco Express on the way home to get snacks for when we got home and I also got fruit and tomatoes for lunch.
I've got my first session at the gym tomorrow. I have to try to get up early so I can make up some of the time in the morning - it's really hectic at work.
Good luck to everyone weighing in tomorrow - Thursday seems to be the busiest day.

Calibali, it can be frustrating but don't be angry with yourself - just think what you can do differently this week. If you look at the tables for the challenge, you will see that all of us (except Jemima!) have a gain occasionally and often this happens regularly due to fluid retention.
Well done Nickie. You have nearly reached 2 stone lost during the challenge!
The gym session was to learn how to learn how to use the machines. We did a little on each and then I did 23 min on the treadmill which may be too much.

Another 3lbs off this week... Wow 6 in the last 2 weeks !!!!! Just shows what happens when I do this properly . I was looking through my weigh in book and saw that I have stayed within a 7lb rang since February , going up and down but mainly within 4lbs of the weight I am now and I do still need to get a bit more off.... well about 2 stones if possible but I am still 20lbs lighter than when I started this last August. I am delighted about that as usually, I would have put it back and more. I have my pep head talikng to me at all times even when I choose to ignore it which must be helping me in the hardest battle of all for me which is maintaining. With that positive thought in mind , I will get through christmas without my usual fear and loathing and break into the next half stone off.
I am sorry to be a silent , weekly poster these days but am up to ears with teaching stuff but looking forward to spending some good chat time again soon when we break up.
Have a good week

Weee heee! That's a fair few pounds lost this week! Will just away and tot them all up!! I've decided to just to coast along at the moment. Think I'm putting too much pressure on myself which, experience has told me, is counter-productive. I will however still be doing the threads and offering words of wisdom, encouragement, consolation (choose whichever one feel right for you!!).
