Yes Yes I know here she goes again.
But instead of being PEP perfect all the time, how about trying for knots on our NON SOCIAL days between NOW and back to work/ class in Jan 2010. Then it will knots all the way.
I am trying in my softer PEP way to get PEP perfect days on "normal days" and to forget about saving or clawing back for my SOCIAL days. Enjoy my SOCIAL days, with no guilt.
So I have had 2 PPD's 1 social day and today a gentle PEP day, and I should manage another 2 PPD's before my next SOCIAL day on TUES.
Off for my next feeding opportunity.
