Well done everyone who is sticking to their PEP, or trying their best to.

You all deserve great praise.

I had started back PEPin etc. with what now appears to have been a half hearted attempt to not let this festive period get to me.

Getting now where fast with anything including my PEP.

So I really admire those of you are PEPin & saving oyur way to sucess.

thanks speedy, i am trying sooo hard but trying not to harp on about it cos people are struggling

christmas is really only two weeks so after that we can all support each other to try again

my downfall is my birthday in jan but at least i wont have only just started pepin to fall right back off again
