Hey Guys HAPPY NEW YEAR!!
sorry its so late but was out on new years eve at concert in the garden to seem Madness they were just brilliant!!! then on friday we did nothing aaalll day which was also briliant!! went out with Keeley and her bf stu (fiance now they got engaged at christmas, im to be bridesmaid

) and Keenan (my bf) was really good fun!!! played lips on the xbox before going, safe to say dogs were howling that night lol!
Back at work on saturday night which was just poop and keenan went home yesterday which was worse

but will be seeing him again tomorrow as going down to Manchester for a few days as not back at uni till next week.
Weighed in on Sat morning and am 15st 9lb which is 2lbs on . which isnt bad since i did eat worse last week than on chirstmas week. but have eaten really badly over the weeken. have stayed within checks today tho. but will start planning properly tomorrow. Keenan is back at work so i will have days free and i have several things i have to do...
1. Write a covering letter to send out to labs accross edinburgh to try and get some work experience.
2. fill in application for for IBMS registration.
3. fill in application form for NHS work placement.
4. sort out study time table - basic plan as have not got assignments or such as yet.
5. read new biology books and with free time read normal novels

6. sort out and organise self with plan of attack on the mighty bulgy that is my bottom!...and my Tum!
will have 3 free days to do this. getting up with Keenan at 6 on 2 of the days to go swimming then getting up at 8 on the other day with im to make the most out of day. he gets home from work at 4 so can chill out then. not expecting a huge loss but a sts or a wee 1lb will be a nice start. Have ordered Keenan to not allow me to stray from healthyness this week. as i see going down to him as a holiday so allow myself to eat wat i like...NOT THIS TIME!!
As part of an christmas pressie he got me a 2night trip to london and tickets to see Wicked in the westend so my first aim this year is to lost 2stone by the Tuesday the 6th April (which would be just under 4 stone altogether) so i can wear a nice LDB to the theatre and pretend to be all posh lol...this means i have to consistently lose 2lbs a week. completely doable if i stick to it!!!!
right sorry for my rant thats my pep talk to myself over!! Hope you all have a great year this year. from the sounds of things every body is really positive and determined to get to where they want to be.
Ainey sorry to hear about your dad i hope he is on the mend soon, we are all here for you
Jen hope the GI helps your head some, I dont know much about it tho im afraid.
Jaci you are a real inspiration dont know how you do all your classes after getting up so early and having such busy days, its something i need to get in the habbit of but im just rubbish really lol. Will definatly try and stick to swimming this time tho.
