Our last challenge was very successful (until we skydived off the wagon just b4 Christmas).. So it is time for us to finish the job off!
We both weigh exactly the same but my target is slightly lower that PP's...
Day one for me today!

PP will be back soon when she renews her subscription!
Menu:Breakfast = Porridge (5)
Lunch = 1 Baked potato (5), beans (6), thin sliced chicken (2) + HF cheese (EDB)
Afternoon snack = Lentil and veg soup (4)
Dinner = King prawns (4), wholemeal rice (8), sweetcorn (2), onion, sprouts + soy sauce (0)
Supper = Sunbites (5)
Total Checks == 41

Hellllo!!!!!! Well here i am, its 1st january 2010 and I weigh farrrr too much!
I had a super Xmas and New Year and after my 12 days of no chocolate, I certainly made up for being without it!!
New Year was lovely, big group of us went to a Ceilidh at the corn exchange which was great fun.
But this is it. As of tomorrow (cant hold off any longer) I am following my PEP. I am going to stick to my checks, go to the gym 3/4 times a week, train for summers 5 and 10Ks and Im ready to be a skinny hen in 2010!!!!
Monday will be my official weigh in day as usual so will report in then and am considering using my xmas money to renew my subsription instead of buying the jeans I wanted

No check soup is simmering away and chopped some carrots for snacking. Will make some sfree jelly soon and gonna do a food shop on Monday morning.
Thanks to all our constant fans, youve encouraged me to come back-Ive missed you.

Fantastic PP!!

Thank goodness all is almost back to normal now.. I have had the nest 2 weeks, eating out loads with friends and family, enjoyed the odd (!!) treat and glass of wine but I'm ready to do this again.. For the sake of my poor spotty skin as well as my weight!!

Don't have a set menu plan as yet for the day as I haven't raided the fridge yet.. I'm thinking about going to make porridge any minute now.. Its very cold so it will heat me up nicely, I'm sure!
Weigh in day tomorrow!

Ohhhhhhhh I am just back from town having bought a new pair of runners for the gym and 2 pairs of cracking shoes from NL - They are my new babies..

I don't like talking to myself much.... haha.. Only kidding!

right right right.
As you may have seen in the visitors section I wasnt too happy about having to pay to renew my subscription as I reached target in may and paid for lifetime membership and £25 I feel is a lot at this time of year just to chat on here whilst also paying weekly class fee for now.
But 1 of my new years resolutions is to stop moaning and take what the world throws at me. While i still meant everything I said in that thread, i hope the bosses can at least consider reviewing the charges over the next year. so onwards and downwards as they say!!!
I had a super xmas and New Year and like everyone else over induldged. I dont regret it, I had a great time but now its time to get back to target!
So Gill, you're on for the challenge, lets do it! xxxx

Got up at 730 this morning to practice for getting up at 650 tomorrow morning to go back to work!
Just had my porridge and banana and once its digested I'm off to the gym. Not going to do so much today as my shoulder hurts and i dont want to be out of action for injury!

Today has been another decent PEP day for me. Gym this morning and did 3k on treadmill then 6k on bike. Walked there and back too again,yay! Still got a sore shoulder so going to need to take it easy but hopefully get there tomorrow again.
Food so far...
brekkie - porridge and banana - 4 + EDB
lunch - 4 x dutch crispbakes + mackerel in tomato sauce with salad - 4+8
cinema snack - iced gems - 5
dinner - think it will be salmon burger + noodles with veg - 4+8
33 which leaves 12 for tv treats
looking forward to the big diet show tonight!!

I am gutted I couldnt run on the treadmill today - I forgot to pack my sports bra and when I tried to jog, I joogled everywhere!!

- Not a nice look!! - I WONT forget tomorrow!!
Day 1 is feeling good, glad work is keeping me busy and more importantly - Very Motivated!
I cannae wait til the big diet show starts - I will have to wait til I'm finished to watch it but am very excited! - I love the presenter!
I have set myself a BIG target weightloss next week...... I hope I can achieve it!!!

Craig got me a new lunchbox for xmas, its pink and has marshmallows on it, its the only thing making me consider getting out my bed tomorrow!! In it just now is.... porridge, 2 x chilli SAJ, salad, tuna, melba toast, a yogurt and a banana in the car on the way to the gym!!!

Always must have some of the above in stock in my kitchen for tv snacks, usually leaves checks for 2 but sometimes 1 has to do me!! xx

I havent had my dinner yet! - Waiting on my sprouts and corn and I'm good to go.... Advantages of having tea this late is that it leaves less time for snacks!! - I do like a big of wotsits for suppertime though!

Hey pretty lady, hows you today? Im good thanks.
Good PEP day and been to gym even after my first day back at work!
At Gym I ran 5K and cycled 11k which means I have run25k and cycled 44k this year!
menu for today looks like this...
brekkie - porridge + 2x chilli fake SAJ - 4+3 (7)
lunch - mackerel salad + melba toast + triangles - 9 + 3 (12)
dinner - noodles + schezuan sauce + smoked fish + veggies - 8+2+4 (14)
tv snack - 3 segments my choc orange, 1 choc from box, packet squares - 5 + 2 + 4 (11)

I'm having a good day.. Wish I had more nice food in the cupboards though as I have checks left but nowt really to have!
I have an extra incentive as of today though, Jon told me tonight (not maliciously) that he didn't think I would ever get to target

, he said that I didn't want it enough..... Now I HAVE to prove him wrong.

thats why we're doing it slow and steady so it stays off when we get to target, we are again within only a few pounds of each other so we totally understand each other.
