I'm back on the PEP as of today because I'm sick of indulging myself and overeating whatever I want! The snag is that I'm having a family get-together on Friday night and have already bought in loads of naughty food...pizza's, potato wedges, Indian snacks (samosa's etc), mushrooms in batter, onion rings, sausage rolls...you know the kind of things.

I won't be drinking and will save checks between now and Friday but what snacks can I prepare for myself so that I don't feel I'm missing out? I'm determined to stick with it.

Help!??
