Managed to get to Mums yesterday all cupboards etc all stocked up , money in purse again for emergencies so feel better for that, still great big iciles hanging from windows, one at the back goes almost to to the window sill - house is lovely and cosy though

Got letter through door when came home saying that Council coming with designers next Monday to plan my kitchen and bathroom Dreading it in a way but it will be so worth it - i will keep reminding myself of that through the 4 weeks they are in house

Hi Skippy,no his dad died just before our eldest was born,nearly 17 years ago.Dave is doing ok ,though is being left to do everything by his brothers,but thats another story that I don't want to air on here.
My work have given me this week off so I can be here to help him as ,understandably, he is quite forgetful.Funeral is on Monday.

Didn't go to gym this morning so will try to go after work. I was just soo sleepy! Although at least my trousers don't feel too tight today like yesterday.

Did all our shopping last night so have planned out all my food for the week, think I might have to take the sweetie tins into work to get rid of them!

I succumbed to the left over maltesers and some left over sweets last night, they have been dealt with and are currently sitting beside the kettle, i took them in to work, this lot will make short work of them!

Only in work until 1.30pm, then heading home to get stuck into my essay, i'm just about finished the3rd part of the course, i just hope that i can write and essay and not tell a story like used to do at school!!

Although I'm in a shared ownership property, we're going to apply to GHA for a house out the road somewhere...we'll probably be way down the pecking order but there is no harm in applying as we can't afford to buy that's for sure...

My pep head is back today...after not eating at all on Friday and then having an upset tum on Saturday and again last night...I think it may be the homeopathic treatment! I've decided to cancel my next appointment as it's so expensive!

We are back to being car-less again...went up to Banff to look at one on Sunday... at their house let alone the car ....I wouldn't even go in the car!!! It looked like something out of How Clean Is Your House!!!! We had a nosey round the spotty bag shop though but it was freezing so didn't hang around and I wanted to get back down the road a good way before it got dark as the roads were not great around Oldmeldrum and Fyvie!

How are all your pep heads?? I must try to get to the gym more regularly...I just can't seem to get a routine going with getting my butt there!

Neither Skippy, he's my Uncle through marriage, married to my Mum's youngest sister. Just heard that the funeral will be next Thursday, 21st, seems an awful long time to wait. Mum's a bit tearful, brings back memories of my Dad I suppose, she would like to go through to see Sheila, but she knows how busy she'll be with all the arrangements etc. I might take her through at the weekend, see how it goes. Thanks for asking.

Back to the gym after work for me. It was so busy - queues for machines! I'll be going in the mornings again from now on so I don't need to feel so rushed. I felt quite uncomfortable knowing I had a machine and other people wanted one. But I'm sure others weren't bothered!!

You're right Ona - that wind has such a chill in it. I felt frozen whenever I went outside. Luckily my shower has warmed me up!

I've got some spare checks so I think I'll have a little treat before bed.

Nicky - maybe you'll get a property more quickly if you're willing not to be so close to town? I've actually done a few shared equity purchases that were really good deals as well lately. Maybe there could be something for you both - it depends where exactly you'd like to live but there are a few developers who were doing things in conjunction with local authorities before Christmas who might still have something available?xxx

I know! Green grass is brilliant - I've missed it!

Have decided am going to have a few weeks off from class and just weigh myself at home. So this morning I'll fess up a pound on. After last weeks cake and hot chocolate shenanigans I'm not really surprised! Am sticking to pep this week so next week should see me back in the right direction! xx

Green grass -good. My day at work - awful: been screamed at really loudly by a crazy colleague, and I may have screamed back..... ate some Dairy Box. I am not good. Just flying by to say hi to all.

Oh I have just been back to the chocolates and note they are Milk Tray, but I am stressed!! This woman was like a banshee - I kid you not, I have never heard anything like it, and probably neither have the rest of the people in the building who must have heard!!! She got the wrong end of the stick about something and nearly battered my door off its hinges before launching herself into my office with a beetroot face and staring eyes. God, it was loud when she opened her mouth!!! She went completely berserk - I have never experienced anything like it.

I am still waiting for an apology!!! I WILL get one!!

no yoga yesterday had unexpected visitors at work so ppppppd off with that! gonna work thru lunch and go today

then work related stress already today!!!

pddddddd off with someone at work big balls up yesterday but "its ok at least we didnt make the product" WTF dont be making stupid frigging comments like that to me - i am already ready to explode aka MB style!!!!

no we spent 6 hours repairing / replacing bits ect then go to produce it ( we make what we sell ) before someone spots its not right! so basically wasted resource and money but hey we didnt run it AAHHHHHHHH that does not make me feel better!!!!!

and last night got a note left from post office i had to pay £27 customs fee!!! for my uggss AHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHHHA

went past this morning at 7.15 and paid grrr and picked them up

and the only shining light so far today is that I LOVE LOVE LOVE them, and where is the snow and ice to put my special ugg soles to the test!!!!!!!!!!!

I got no apology yesterday - she is sitting in her office sending out meeting requests to me via Outlook and saying nothing!! ha ha - I am meeting my boss at 12.10 this morning - he is sooooo busy today with appointments back to back but he has found a wee slot for me.

I asked him to come to my office (since I would have to go through crazy woman's to get to his), but I see my appointment is when she is usually out for lunch. I am not saying anything further to her until I get an apology, and am still dithering about whether to reoprt this to HR so it goes on file....... would that be too nasty????

I actually feel quite crap today - like a big cloud is hanging over me - no psycho woman should be doing that to me!!!! but I haven't eaten any chocolate today so far!!!!

Ona...totally agree...5 day weeks are rubbish!!!

Ona...with my head being where it's at lately...I probably forgot to mention that the laguna went back to the garage and we received our full money back, a car breaking down 3 times in 1 week is not ideal really...OH bought an old rover the other day which he likes...I haven't driven it yet though.....

The homeopath sent me a different remedy at the end of last week...pulsatilla this time....so yesterday I felt dizzy...today I feely woozy and bit sick with blurry vision!! But my sinuses feel clearer!! Apparently pulsatilla women are usually sympathetic, sensitive & tearful and can have rapid changes in mood....sounds about right really! I've just figured out I'm like a sponge as I can be in a really good mood but if someone is in a lower mood...I end up in a lower mood too..... Time to listen to my angel cards I think....and book the back/neck massages which my beautician has said that I'm needing....

Back to pep...how are you all doing?? I'm a bit hit and miss at the minute but am still plodding along...

Bit of an emotional day yesterday, took Mum through to see her sister, most of the afternoon was spent crying, laughing, crying, laughing, still, I think it helped everybody concerned. I think Barry dying has hit me a bit harder than I expected, as, whilst we were on holiday, I had another Uncle die un-expectedly, my Dad's half-brother. Oh well, life goes on

Slightly better news, lost 5.5lbs this week now down to a weight I haven't been since 23rd April 2002 I checked back an old class card Whatever I am doing this time, it's working

I always fancied getting a punch-bag Skippy, can just imagine it swinging back and forth with a vengeance, brilliant stress reliever

even to the point when oldest son ( 3 years into apprenticeship with Richard Irvin ) got a letter sent to all employees of possible redundancy!!!!!!!

its really weird i have major reactions to what may be silly things to some people but something like this i was quite matter of fact with the news

no point stressing son out as there is nothing he can do, pretty crappy - remember poor marion's son went thru the same - didnt even have a face to face with anyone all he got was a letter!!!!!!!

he is 19, stays at home, no family so it could be worse - but trying to find a steady job for a almost trained sparky!!?

I'm well fussy with my emu boots - they only get out when it's cold but not vey wet so they don't get water marked. This is after I've sprayed them as well to keep them safe!

Will hit the gym tomorrow. Undecided if I'll go before or after the wedding exhibition. Maybe before if I can get myself out of bed!
