Polished my halo this morning woke up thinking of rowies lol and was all set to go to van and get couple (sold in 2's) but when van came went through to the other office and did some visa through machine until van gone Di'S comment last week of lard covered in salt helped too

Chum phoned last nite to see if I fancied a days shopping in Dundee on Sat so guess where Im off too Hubby works for Scotrail so get special deal Not really looking for owt (famous last words) but it will be a change and lunch out

Gym is done and I'm in my pjs watching tv. Dress shop phoned to confirm my appointment for Saturday, so I'm all excited now! Had so some spaghetti hoops on toast for tea - haven't had that for ages - LOVE IT!

Am hating the rain. Need to pop in past my hairdressers at lunch and see if she can trim my fringe again. That's the only thing about a fringe - the fortnightly trips to the hairdresser!

Presentation went really well,rest of conference was great,got some great ideas to take back to ward,and the brucie bonus is it was all funded by medical reps
The dinner was lovely,crab to start ,then duck followed by a trio of desserts,affa fine.
We have been looking at doggie sites the past few weeks and Erin really wanted a rescue dog,so when I was away they went all the way to Berwick for a retired greyhound,she seem really couthie so hopefully she settles.kids are well aware that they have to take an active part in looking after her,and Ciaran says he will come home at lunchtimes to check on her.
Skippy I think you must've caught a cyber cold from Carly and she must've got it from me.Mine has cleared up quickly too.
I am shattered,up at 4 yesterday,didn't get to bed til after 11,then up again at 7,got home about 8:30'ish.

still debating about the jacket / coat to get i keep going back to the m and s one x

So today I went to try on my first batch of wedding dresses. I only went and fell in love with about the most fitted dress you could imagine! So I am definitely going to have to get wedding dress ready if I go for that one! I want to change some bits and pieces on it so I'm going to a few more places and that shall be the dress that all others are measured against. Cripes!

Waiting for o/h to come home from work so we can eat. I am starving!!!! xx

but according to my scales i am down 2 ( fluid i reckon ) = 2 to this frigging stone and a 1/2 i still havent achieved!!!

WI shows a pound on so not too unhappy with that,considering I was away for two days.

Well thats Monday over again, just tomorrow then my boss if off for almost 3 weeks Been very picky today think TOTM is looming,(think its overdue acutally - age thing!!!) My chum had a few hot flushes on Sat - oh joy all that to look forward to at least I will maybe save on my heating bills haha

You are right Skippy don't mind going out with the dog,although she only needs two 20 minutes walk a day,poor thing has been gettting more than that.You would think a greyhound would need loads of exercise but apparently not.Haven't let her off the lead yet as she will need to get used to us first,she could take off at 40mph!She isn't boisterous or anything and basically sleeps alot.
Carly a pound is still a pound and its better off than on,a bit cliched but very true.As for totm can symathise.

Sorry Ona ,cross posting.She pretty much sleeps all day and Greg will be home Mondays and Thursdays,I am off during the week at least once and Ciaran will come home at lunchtimes on the days that aren't covered.That was one of my concerns for not getting a dog in the past,but hopefully she will be fine.Boss off 3 weeks?Lucky person.

well survived yesterday!!!!!

drained -5 of us having a not really good meeting for 2 hours!! but at the end i think we all ended on a good note!

even better some of my debenham bits a pieces have arrived and honestly if you like to buy something a wee bit different for someone have a look at the julian mcdonald star range - i got my sis in law a candle ( its like red twotone shine glass) and 2 glass tea holders but it is heavy like chyrstal -she will love it everything is fancy boxed as well so it looks good before even opened!

my kettle and towels bought in the blue cross saale are fab as well as my new furry pineapple hoody and 2 pairs of slouch pants i bought for me

i am going for the sporty look for causal at weekends round the house!!! xxxxxx

plus can wear for the gym!!! only thing is without heels i am a bit of a short **s and need to tuck the bottoms in when dog walking!

well cantankerous old man ( remember him ) asked me up turns out his daughter ( 64) has stomach cancer and he gave me her number and said i should call her?????

i have only met her 3 times and once was at my mums funeral!!

so i went to rosemount and the card shop there sells beautiful cards and the one i got had something about angels watching over her ( even says angels can be dr or nurses ) so thought it would say much more than i could with a stilted call!!! plus a wee bank card size I believe in you - you know the one - when the road gets rocky etc etc etc

I think the card range is blue mountain, the range covers im sorry, sister, mum, friend ect ect but they are all meaningful words and that is why i make a point of going there for something special!

i am sure other card shops sell them!

well walked round the park with a "random" woman you know me!!! and think i sold her the fact she needs a slow cooker!!! xxxx

Carly,when trying on those dresses just focus on how good they will look with a few pounds off.
Ona well done on not giving in to totm demons,afraid I can't shine my halo on that score,gave in to a bar of dairy milk yesterday evening.I always struggle with totm.
Maggie has now decided she loves the sofa in the back room,she looks so comfy there,not moved since she got on it.
