Hello everyone.
Today I will make a determined start with the 3 rs !!
It reall has taken me all this time to get motivated enough post Christmas.
I have more surgery lines up and the thought of the surgeon poking about in the flab fills me with enough horror to keep me on with the 3 Rs

Hi Everyone, I have decided to follow he 3 R's since it seems to be working for you all. Have been PEP perfect on Thurs, Fri Sat was my wee girls b'day pary so had a wee slip but back on it today.
Will report back tomorrow after work to let yoy know if I have stuck to the 3 R's.

Yeah... at last got a full day under my belt so should be on a long run of perfect pepping again now.. All packed up for work tomorrow.I even managed to have a left over mince pie tonight..

lost 3lb following the 3 rule challenge
yesterday i planned all my breakfasts and lunches ( i eat both work )
have also got 2 containers with sliced tin apples to have with a bowl of porridge in case i am hungry mid morning
the apples and milk are edb and a bowl of porridge is far more filling than a packet of crisps they just leave me hungrier! x

Sat was not great , yesterday good and hopefully today will be too.

sunday was a no go thanks to dominoes(it was my birthday treat) Today 3 [email="r@s"]r's[/email] completed although i need to start thinking about dropping my checks.

Forgot to post my WI on Monday - Safaa thank you for starting this thread - thanks to you I'm back on the right path and lost 2lb this week.
So delighted with that and I'm still on the right path (even tho had a slippage last week but sorted itself out in the end).

Hello all, 3r's obeyed today. I have had to much bread but at least it was homemade wholemeal. I'm either going to save 7.5 checks from today or be .5 over - all depends if i have that medicinal mint cornetto. I have a plan, i'll have lemon sorbet instead and save 4 checks to add to my already saved 11 ( i think)
p.s something cold is medicinal as i have toothache and can not eat anything hard!

I havent had a chance to get back on, my son was hogging the lap top, I have stuck to the 3 R's and it has reulted in a 2lb Weight loss so I am sticking to it again this week. Will try to get on daily and update on how it is going.

Hi all- I've had 6 good days and was hoping for a loss but last Saturday's blip has obviously cost me as I have stayed the same. I am a bit disappointed with that but will try to drink more water this week and to have 7 perfect days. In my younger days i could get away with a bad day but it seems that now I can't

Anyway if that doesn't work I will have to weigh less often I think but I'm not going to give up liek I usually do - this time I'm going for it whatever!

hello there my lovelies, i soooo glad that the 3Rs are working, mine has worked too, i did not weigh at the start of it all but my clothes are fitting better, i weighed about 9 days or ten days ago, and since i have lost 2lbs so that is a start wooohhhooo.
things been up and down at home and at work and i have been escaping by going on face book and doing farmville, so that the reason why i havent been on here i am sorry however i am soooo glad that all of you have kept it going, excellent, hope you are all having a good sunday and i will try to get on here more often, to see your fantastic results, take care everyone.xxxxxxxxxx

Definitely done 3R's today - counted extra cos my pork escalop weighed more than the recipe said - I wouldn't have bothered to do that in the past. I'm also trying to save a few checks each day as going to a quiz night on Saturday and not sure yet what the food options are. If I use my EDB yoghurt and fruit for breakfast and have no check soup for lunch I should be ready for just about anything

I missed 3r's friday and saturday but back on track by sunday and today. I've had all my 5 a day but not sure about my liquids

ps just out of interest, how much did you all loose, in the begining of the thread there is a lot of you that lost 2 and 3 lbs, now we are the end of jan, how much is it all together?
