Hope you are all well, and enjoyed all the festivities, and i bet all of you are raring to go now, new year new resoulations 2thumbs.gif

If you are like me and enjoyed the festivities a bit too much laugh.gif you will be wanting to loose all that access weight hug.gif

This challenge is just for you then, there is only 3 main rules to this challenge:

1- Weigh your food

2- Write down your checks

3- Stick to your daily checks

Do this 3 simple rules every day and you will be sure of a loss in the end of your week, the reason this challenge only have 3 rules is because the more rules you make for yourself, the more guilty you will feel when you break them, and then you will break your healthy eating habbits.

So get your check book out, your diary, and your scales and start today, there is no time like the present. 2thumbs.gif

Hi Safaa - fab idea and you can count me in. Need to really get back into this PEPing. Will need to be starting from Sunday though as that's when I'll be able to plan for the week and do the shopping.

Hi Safaa I've already starting putting your words into practice and hopefully going to find it easier as the days go bye 2thumbs.gif ...but you are definitely right, writing everything down makes such a huge difference...the brain has a great way of being very deceptive when you don't and only remembering what you want it to when it comes to putting food in your mouth smile.gif...

hello Scrumtasticjojo, well done and yes writing things down makes a difference, i have days when i ate the same 4 checks over and over again they seem to stretch some how when you dont write it down, and you will find it easier and it will help also when you are out and about you will be able to guess by the amount of food and how much the checks are there is certain things now i know by heart, writing down can also work the other way when you are not eating all your checks and that also can prevent you from loosing the weight, take care and all the best keep it going xxxxxxxx 2thumbs.gif

as for me i have been eating healthy again, and phoned my coach and i am on the straight and narrow, yayayayay this is going to be good,.

Well I have started.
Weighed it, wrote down my checks.
Hopefully will stay with in my checks.

Just need to think, 3 wee steps, each day get you nearer target doesn't it.

I'm still taking it back to basics..and am still writing everything down in my wee book...back to weighing all food except my free veggies and sticking to my checks (well just under my checks!)

Hi Safaa, can I please join in from today. I have so far stuck to the 3 rules and feel good for it. I really need to do this by the book as my wedding is on 20 February (6 weeks on Saturday). I know I won't be at target for it but if I could lose 2lb a week I would be nearly a stone lighter and that would really make a difference. Good luck to everyone X 2thumbs.gif

hello all, i'm in. I do write everything down as a rule but waver when i've eaten something i should'nt. I had to force myself through xmas but kept going. Had a good day yesterday and saved 9.5 checks. 2thumbs.gif

Hi Safaa have obeyed the three rules so far. A new slimming class has opened up near to where my other one was so a going to go there on Wednesday, always feel that I can do better when I have to go to a class. Am going to the Majestic Colonial Hotel in Dominican Republic, that was where my fiance proposed. X butterfly.gif

i was preparing my lunch and tea to take to work today, and i grabbed a tin which i thought it was tomato soup counted it in and everything, went to work i opened it at lunch time and it was not soup it was baked beans so i had baked beans on ryvita laugh.gif it didnt taste so bad actually however i could not eat it all so i left half which i could have tomo for my lunch!!!! laugh.gif

Good morning everyone. Day 7 y_shock.gif today - though not WI till Monday for my result. Had a couple of wee slips but nothing that can't be counted. Have been craving comfort food but managed to make stovies lipsmacking.gif lipsmacking.gif and chicken korma - which both helped with that.

3 lbs off!!!!!!! I've done this before straight after a holiday period - gain quick, lose quick but then I find it difficult to shift so will try to stick to the 3 rules!

confused.gif got to confess to slight slippage last night. So over a wee bitty. So 2 out of 3 rules obeyed Saffa for me.
But I pledge to follow the 3 rules to the letter this weekend(you would never guess my WI is Mon would you he!he!)

3 rules obeyed on friday although tea planned changed. ended up pigging on bread and felt ill saturday morning and had to get weighed. 2 lbs off. saturday was a mess due to noo planning and a seriously huffy husband. I did'nt have more than my allowance as i went to bed without tea. Back on track today so far.
