I don't think I've ever kept a new year's resolution but while I've been doing PEP, I've found that doing something different have helped develop good habits (and cut down on bad) and get me back on track when things are going badly.
My something different for the coming week is to not eat breakfast out as often - cut down to paydays and once a week at the most. Recently instead of the healthy Starbucks breakfast, I've been going to Caffe Nero more (great for skinny lattes as they use less milk but they have nothing healthy to eat) and occasionally McDonalds.
I tried to eat at home yesterday (I put the heating on as this is the main reason I'm in such a hurry in the morning - it's freezing) but I wasn't hungry so I took a cereal bar to eat at my desk. In my old job I ate fruit pots or yoghurts but in my new job cutlery at desks is banned. I might try yoghurt drinks or juice and eat at break time instead.
Is anyone else planning to do anything differently? Is there anything holding you back you need advice on?

I normaly drink loads of water, but over the last few weeks this seems to have been replaced with Tea(with milk) and diet coke. So it's back to glasses of water and I'll hunt out my Ginger & lemon tea bags!

This is going well. I stopped at Caffe Nero on the worst day but I had a bacon panini rather than a pastry or shortbread.
This week I want to try having a nap. I'm not getting enough sleep and I don't seem to do much in the evening. It's been worse this week as I'm getting up earlier and getting home later because of the snow,

I am planning on taking a stone at a time instead of looking at the total amount and being overwhelmed. I am going to be 40 in a year and 8 months and I would like to be a lot slimmer by then.
I must get exercising but my hubby is at home this week and we are decorating. Next week I will start exercising seriously. I have just bought a new dvd and can't wait to try it out.
