Hey Peeps

A wee bit of advice - I have just worked out that I have to lose 55 pigging lbs to be at my ideal weight which has really put me on a downer. My tracker below looks so daunting confused.gif

Do you think I should just do it 1 stone at a time and try and trick my body or just face the reality of being a big chick who need to do some serious work?

I have just looked at my progress chart. Not alot of change there. Infact 2lbs heavier than last start time.

Tomorrow will be my WI day . As progress chart is in 12 week blocks I think I will aim for 10lbs each 12 week(I am called Speedy for a reason see).
Then if I acheive that I will feel much better and then on to the next 12 weeks.

Here's to 2010 being the year, for us all.

P.S will have about 35lbs to lose I think come tomorrow. Will problaby take me all of 2010 to lose that. Such a slow loser me. Give up nothing.
